I ordered Lee Cooper Shoes on 16/03/2014 the order numbers are 33714438 and 33714458 both the orders are same

Still the orders are not dispatched

Customer Care represents are telling like this we do not refund the money and they are not telling the actual date of the products and they are telling like this we are just customer care representatives and we cannot do anything

Bag It Today — Delayed delivery

I had placed an order for a Reebok kit on my credit card. Though they said delivery will take 2 weeks, i recd it only after 3 weeks. However, later I realised it was stuck at our local courier end. it took me atleast 5 calls to get the prdt delivered.

Bag It Today — Even after two months of ordering a product, it is not delivered

I have ordered one reebok classic watch on 2nd march 2010. Till I did not receive that product. I have written hundreds of complaints. This is my second comaplint in the consumercomaplints website.

I suggest evryone do not purchase any product from bag it today.

They will tell evrytime,we will deliver soon.but will never do it....

bag it today is a froud group, you have to log complain at cyber court or consumer court.

Bag and child clothes — Packet Not Delivered

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to complain against the trackon Noida office and their staff.

As per the details shown on Trackon site My consignment(No.[protected] and waits 600gm. left from Noida on 13/05/10 and reached Fatehpur(u.p) on 17/05/10.
Today is 23/05/10 and would like to inform you that the my package has not reached till now.

I had talked to the Fatehpur office staff on 20th may, they said it not deliverd your courier now. But today when I asked NOIDA, KANPUR, FATEHPUR as to why it has not be delivered, the man present there said there is no delivery you courier now. and to add on he argued and said it is not his responsibility to make sure that the package reaches on time.

Trackon promises to deliver within 3day to 4 day at max. Is this the kind of service they promise to their customers. Please help and take necessary action against this company.

I had placed my order online for Puja Thali and a promised free Reebok watch on Bag It Today website on September 30, 2010 (Booking Id[protected]. However, even after more than 4 weeks (almost a month) from the date of placing my order, I have not yet received my order from them in spite of my repeated emails and phone calls.

Today again, I tried calling on their phone no. for customer enquiries, but there is hardly anyone to receive the call. I have spent a lot of money and time trying to reach these people through phone, but after the IVR response, no one picks up the phone.

This is indeed fradulent and demands action. Now, I have asked them to cancel my order and refund me my money back as Bag It Today has failed to deliver the order in the promised time. I also request public at large to think before placing their orders on Bag It Today. They will show huge discounts on their website, but when it comes to delivery after you pay the money, there is hardly any action.

I Ordered from Bag it Today for 1 Navya Set for Rs.447 (Including Rs. 200 for Courier charges) which was debited from my HDFC Net Banking,

Product name - Navya Set (1Quantity) with free gift of Reebok Watch,
the same thing is not yet delivered to me yet.
Whenever i try to call to its customer care they hold me for more than 10 to 15 minutes and at last i have to diconnect it.
Now what should i do for that,
Plz send me address of its office if you have (Mumbai Office) so i can go there and find some solution.

I placed an order of books with bag it today on 01/10/2010 , but still i did not get my delivery , They uses to say like your parcel will reach you in next 5 days from last month . bag it today is great cheating concept company .

I request you to everybody do not order anything with them ...

I have placed 2 orders[protected],[protected] at Bag it today on 14th Oct 2010. But till date I have not received the products. There are no responses at the call center numbers provided by the web site. Can any one please help me in getting out of this issue.

I have ordered one Reebok watch on Bag It today online on date 21/08/2010. But after having so many times conversation with your customer department I have not received my product yet. I had filed one complain for this and again I had wait for 25 days. Your answer for same complain I have pasted below. My membership No. ITBC10429106 and my Billing Id no is[protected]. So can you please tell me will I get my product in 2010 or not. I think its been worst case company like India today group for reminding again and again for getting my product.

Product not received
Sir I have booked 1 Reebok watch worth Rs. 299 /- on Bag it today online on date 21/08/2010. But till date 26/10/2010, I have called at least 8 times to their customer service department inquiring about my product. My Billing ID for this shopping is[protected]. All the time Bag it Today customer service told me that you get your product within 7-8 days. Now I am frustrated complaining their customer service department. Please let me help either to get my money back or my product.

I have placed one order for MTV sunglasses on 25 oct 2010 & paid Rs 499 , my order no is[protected] . the site mentioned in thier IVR is never worked. Nither the executive of BAG IT TODAY nor the coueir comaony repliying satisfactory. Its seems that they are chor comapny whose moto is to eat public money. If i do not gey my order in next 2-3 days. I will definetly file PIL with court with the gorund of not to allow this comapny to paly with public money.

i'd ordered a reebok kit from BagIt Today on 11-nov-10 (Booking ID:[protected] and paid the amount(Rs. 3398)on the same day through credit card. but i'd not recieved the item till now. I've spoken to customer care on 06-12-10 to mr. rajkumar who told me that the order was not punched.then icalled customer care (ms. priya[protected] and she told me that the order is still not punched, then icalled again on 10-12-10 & 15-12-10 and again found to my disbelief that the order is still not punched. Now the customer care executive Mr. Rahul has asked me to give the authoriazation code of the credit card transaction. Then I called my credit card company and asked for the authorization code, which I've given to Mr. Rahul on 16-12-10.
Now i request you to cancel my order and proceed my refund.

This really annoys me that after paying so much amount for your products I haven’t received your products

I am fed up with this situation of always calling customer care and they telling the products are out of stock.

When I ask them to transfer to your Manager they say we can’t transfer the call as they don’t have the no. of manager.

I mean the manager talks to customer at the time of selling the same product and when the customer has a complaint of the same product the manager is not available.

And when I want my refund the processing time is 2 -3 months I mean this is really disgusting on INDIA TODAY part using the name of India you are making fraud.

Now they are asking me for dispatch ID for whcih i have to Pay 3199 /- rs just to get my product delevired .how is this possible that after paying delivey and handling charges i have pay more to get my product.when i ask to cancle my order they say that the order cannot be cancelled and as dispatch ID is not available. so also to cancel my product i have to give 3199 /- rs just to cancel it .
how many companies in this world do like this.. i dnt know any one. i ahd purchases with many online companies. but no one asks for money to cancel order.

please help me if you can.i need either the product or money .

Bag It Today - India Today — Delay in delivery of product

I have a made payment of Rs.499/- through Credit Card and bought MTV Sunglasses from Bag It Today on Dec 2nd 2010. My Order id is [protected].I got a confirmation e-mail regarding the same and it was mentioned in the mail that the product will be delivered in 2-3 weeks time.But till now i didn't receive the product.Regarding this when I called their Customer-care last week, they said that it will be delivered to me in a week's time.Even after the week since i didn't receive the product i called them up again, this time they said that they were out-of-stock with that particular product and that i will get the product in another 2-3 weeks.
I'm really frustrated with their service and even am quite doubtful about the authenticity of this company.

I have purchased products from Bagittoday 19th Nov'2010 and 25th Nov'2010 have been following up since then. but have still not received any response from them.

Criminal: Lodge a police complaint for cheating against them.

I have purchased products from Bagittoday on 9th Dec2010 of amount Rs.7998/-. I have been following up since then, but still today i am not received any response from them.

And the above order also i agreed that the sales man ABHIJEETH told me that sir i am replacing your cam recorder with samsung within the 3 days.
