Hi,
i did not receive my phillips DVD player booked on[protected].Whenever i call them up they say that it is in transit then finally they said my address is not updated so it went back from exp IT courier.Then when i opened my india today account full address was reflecting inspite of that i updated my details.The email confirmations are as follows:-

It was my worst ever experience talking to your executive Ms.Ramneek at 5:49 pm on 25th February i.e, thursday for just asking her about my courier status.I dont expect this kind of attitude from your person.I will not tolerate it.When i told her that i need to speak to your supervisor she denied.I made a mistake by selecting your company for the product.She said that it would take 7 more days for delivery and 21 days for refund.I had received a call from one of your employee last week stating that my product would get delivered within 26th February. Kindly clarify and revert within 24 hours.

I called up the customer care today and was shocked to hear that my courier was reverted back due to incomplete address and the reason given was there was no room number mentioned, apart from that the address has everything mentioned.when i opened my profile from your website it clearly stated my shipping address and the address was perfectly alright.I want an explanation regarding that from your end.What i believe is a mistake committed from your end.i was planning to book two more items from your website but then i have to think now twice.The customer care executive stated it will take another 15 days to get it delivered.

Philips DVD Player — Not Delivered

I am working in CTS, Coimbatore. I redemed a Philips DVD player using my Wah points in CTS. after 5 days(MAR 31 2010) I got a call from my office security. He informed that one DVD player courier came for your name with the address of our (CTS) office another location. I asked him to get that DVD player and i will come and collect. But as per our company policy DVD players are not allowed to bring inside of the campus.

Then i asked the security to collect the courior boy cell no or my parcel rference number. But the courier boy didn't give any details after asking the details )I am in the phone call with the security) and went. I did try to get the customer care number and office number in Coimbatore. I got 2 numbers as office number and customer care number[protected] and[protected] I made call to these numbers.
One number is switch off and another one was rang up for a long time. I did try more no of times. They picked up the calls but suddenly cut the calls. Still (07 April 2010) I didn't get my DVD Player. I am planned to go my native with this DVD Player. But I dont have any contact numbers to reach them in Coimbatore. :(

Philips — a query

hello
this cannot be termed as a complaint in the first place...though it was query i had which had to resolved..the star cj no.[protected] was not able to help me out....actually it was regarding an ad which i havev viewed more than couple of times... the philips 5.1 home theatre with dvd player connected usb was available earlier with you guys...but now cannot view the dvd player in that ad and evn ur helpline guys said there was no offer alongwith a dvd player...which is quite astonishing.....could anyone from star cj explain what's the matter.....
by the way earlier brought product from you guys...service was good. .tatz why called up again when planned to purchase it...but the answer was quite unsatisfactory.............regards.....
