This coupon allows you to buy a Designer Swatch Watch

seeing this i went ahead to purchase the swatch watch paying rs 2298 totally. I received the swatch watch on 18 , with an invoice no ORA[protected].However till date i have not received my free gift. The customer care directs you to website which does not exist .the free gift was supposed to be MTV sunglasses.
I have sent to mails to [protected]@bagittoday.com ,however i have not even received a mail acknowledging the mail forget the resolution to my complaint. I promise never to deal with the company gain but what is due to me i should receive. I hope you will help me get what was promised to me.

i received a mail from bag it today that i have been short listed for a watch of price 2700 and i have to pay only 499 handling charge. i want to know that whats the profit of company on giving their items free of cost or they are only making us fool by showing the branded pictures and looting the customer by giving non standard item or duplicate of what showing in the picture. they have clearly mentioned that price may vary from what shown in picture in the terms and conditions. please state me on [protected]@gmail.com

The response by the bag it today 2 all there complaints is just copy n paste...with the same reply 2 all the complaints...i received my MTV sunglasses after 6 months & the ones i received are fake & not what was shown on the site n confirmed by the telemarketer.
1. I didnt get any bills or genuine certificate or warranty as claimed.
2. There isn't any engravement on the lens or anywhere on the glasses marking its a MTV product...its just golden shades u find on the streets not worth more than 100 bucks for which i had 2 shell out 499 rs.
Bag it today n India today a big fraudulent company.
