I have taken Bajaj Allianze policy in 2007, now i am thinking to surrender it. But when I called Bajaj Allianze customer care number there I came to know that, if i surrender before maturity then I will get only 30% of the total premium amount paid and there will not be any bonus also. When I have taken this policy it was known to us. How any company can do this to any customer, that over the period they used my money and now they are telling that i will get only 30% of the paid amount, in case of emergency there is no use of such policy. It is really ridicules, can anybody help me out to find the way out to get my money back with interest.
