I have 2 nos of policies with above mentioend health insurence company. I am being harrased by the company. details are furnished below. 18/08/2011 Request for softcopy to renew OG[protected]-00000017 & OG[protected]-00000026 as it will expire on 8th Sept 2011 29/08/2011 Interesed in family floater health guard showing interest via mail 6/9/2011 Due to some prob In credit card (OTP not recd timely) not able to renew via phone[protected] 8/9/2011 Request for one personal in home to take cheque to renew existing policy & one form for health guard for my family. 9/9/2011 As no reply recd , request for early action and send a person to my present address at Rajasthan. 10/9/2011 Inform via phone that not able to sent the person to my present address so am send the document and cheque via courier 10/9/2011 Inform through mail about the details of the address where to send papers & cheques. 16/9/2011 Request to confirm my courier is recd from your side or not (cancel plan of health guard as I feel that your service is not upto mark) 16/9/2011 You asked for the confirmation of sending address 16/9/2011 I have confirmed the sending address 20/9/2011 No response till 20th, request once again is the cheque receve or not? [protected].) 20/9/2011 Against my complain provide track number 13205013. 22/9/2011 Request once again weather it is received by you or not. 22/9/2011 You asking details such as name amount,cheque number, consignment number 22/9/2011 Providing details immidiately from my side. 22/9/2011 Providing softcopy of courier which show mail recd on 15/09/2011 22/9/2011 after that you acknowledge the receipt of my cheque & say policy will take 4 days time 23/9/2011 Request 4 things to you and ask why should I continue with bajaj allianz 1. Unable to send a person to my present home address in Rajasthan. 2. Huge communication gap. as i lodge request more than two times. 3. I am sending courier in my own expenses. Fight with my courier company for the same. 4. Confirmation of receiving the cheque after 1 week. 28/09/2011 after no communication I request what cause the delay of issuing policy. amount deducted from account on[protected] 30/09/2011 After no communication I request to terminate both the policy and request to back my money immidiately. 30/09/2011 Your personnel reply the mail but not providing any consignment number. Once again request for bank statement. 30/09/2011 Instead of terminating my policy as per 30th sept 11 mail you have said you are processing my policies. 1/10/2011 request once again to terminate the policy after not receiving any reply. 1/10/2011 13205013 track number provided after my request. 3/10/2011 request once more to terminate the policy 3/10/2011 After my mail reply from your side only matter is escalated but not providing any solution. 4/10/2011 request once more to terminate the policy 10/10/2011 request once more to terminate the policy 10/10/2011 Reply from your side : You are working on it still no solution from your side. 12/10/2011 Information from your side generation of policy OG[protected]-00000132 & OG[protected]-00000155 and u r in the process to send in my home after my request to terminate the policy. 13/10/2011 Request once again to terminate the policy and not to send my address. 15/10/2011 Send a mail which is not connected with me, can say fake mail. 17/10/2011 Once again request for cancellation of policy through mail 27/10/2011 13205013 track number given from your side, and infrom matter will be solved with in 24-48 hours 29/10/2011 A mail from my side informing you 48 hr passed no action taken. 29/10/2011 13752118 track number provided after my request. 31/10/2011 Inform me to deduct 25% deduction against my cancellation. 31/10/2011 Inform you that I have applied before regarding this.
