[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co.ltd. — ic code termination without intimation through branch

I AM A IC IN Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co.Ltd., IC CODE IS [protected].

I HAVE SUBMITED TWO POLICE'S RENEWAL BY WITHINE PERIOD ON 24-FEB2-9, BUT MY COMMISSION HAS NOT TRANSFERED IN MY ACCOUNT . WHEN I ASKED TO BRANCH THEN THEY REPLY THAT MY IC CODE HAD BEEN TERMINATED IN MAY-2008.
MY COMPLAINT IS THAT WITHOUT INTIMATION COMPANY HAS NOT RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY IC.AND THEY ARE COMPELLING ME TO DO BUSSINESS THEN THEY WILL TRANSFER MY COMMISSION.
I THINK THIS IS NOT CORRECT, SO PLEASE GET ME JUSTICE .
" A SINGLE APPROCH TO GET JUSTICE OTHERWISE NEVER ANYBODY WILL BELIEVE IN YOU "

I have joined a scheme with Bajaj Allianz Life in 2005.
I am in contact with their Regional Office at Kochin to receive some information.
Despite numerous faxes / emails / telephone calls, their personnel are non-responding to my request.
Their Regional Managers are changed frequently, as they leave the company for better pastures.
So, each time, I have to speak to new personnel, and I have to repeat my request, and they promise prompt reply. But, next time when I call them, that RM is changed, and I have to repeat my request again. It seems to me that BAJAJ's after sales service is very poor.

Also, now I am an NRI, who is staying outside India. So, I need to change my postal address to receive their mails / Premium Payment Notices. But, Bajaj Allianz Life informed me that they do not have facility to post letters to an overseas address.
i was deposited amt in R.M care solution, Please show the benefits and directors name
sir, i have done apolicy i, e. bajaj allianz max gain on 31st dec 2009. i got my money receipt but yet to get my certificate till today.i repeatedly contacted the agent but he always escaping by telling that it will come within two to three days.so kindly help me in this regard by which i will be oblised
