[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz Two Wheeler Insurance — Claim not paid

Dear Sir,

I have a 1.5 year old Bajaj Pulsar. 1 month back my bike which was parked near a tea shop was hit by another bike (drunk driver). An FIR was filled and a claim was filled with Bajaj Allianz my 2 wheeler insurance provider. The vehicle was taken to a Bajaj certified showroom for inspection. the Bill amount was around Rs 10,000. It has been more than 1 month and the insurance company is saying that they cannot pay the claim as the photo of the vehicle was missing on its policy renewal. the Photo was taken, but it seems that it went missing. If the photo was missing what can I do for that. Initially they told that they will pay only 80% of the value of items to be replaced. but now they are not paying me anything.

Kindly advice what has to be done.

i, have cbz xtreme. 2months back my bike got accident and i, am applied for insurance claim. i submitted all
required documents correctly. but till now i didn't recived my claim. i complined to bajaj insurance company many times. they are telling like that it will claim tomarrow or day after tommarow from last two months. so please kindly requesting you to claim my insurance as early as possible...
