Sir,
This is to bring in your kind information that I, Mohd. Faisal, am willing to proceed with a legal case of fraud against you in consumer Forum, regarding the matter of extra money charged by you via fraud.
I, Mohd. Faisal (Lucknow)have taken a consumer Loan reference No 96883 on 20/12/07 of amount Rs. 13390/-.I have issued cheque no 487856(Punjab National Bank)to 487860 in this regard to the company. My last EMI was due on July 2008. I have already deposited the cheque for. The Cheque was not processed from your end and I was contacted by your company personals via phone on regular basis regarding the payment of my lapsed EMI by cash.
In Course of the mental harassment and trauma that I had to go through during this period because of the unscheduled calls by the company personals, I decided to pay in cash. I made the payment of Rs. 2232/- in cash against the receipt of the same (Receipt No 45676233 &[protected] on 31/07/2008.With the payment of this EMI Payment in Cash, I considered that my loan is over, but my account was debited for the amount by cheque no:-487860 on 06/082008.After this deduction I reported the matter with the company but I have not received any proper response till date.
I m sending mails on proper basis but i m not getting any response.Plz help me regarding the problem.

I have one Bajaj Platina purchase by your finanace in 2006 & paid all amount ( balance bounce cheque money collected by your collection agent Mr. Raju Pandey). but I have purchased which bajaj agency they were left and closed the agency weithout given RTO registration no. and RC Book when these charge are collected by me. Than we are unable to riding of bike . bike purchased and finance from, Mijarod, Allahabd, UP. Agency Person Mr. Raju Jaisawal

Kindly help us what should I do. I have talk with your agent they have told me already fax sent to Pune office you NOC & RC Book will be come soon.

I'm also a vitim of the same at Bangalore office.
My proposal no is 163298, KA-02 EY 7674. I've cleared the loan by paying 18 installments.It has got cleared in the month of Sept 2008. Neithr I received any NOC document nor call. I wandered several times. Nothing worked out. The staff just turn the deaf ears to the repeated requests. The brannch manager / customer care exec are never available when you visit!!! Calls are not attended!!!
Is there any Shaktiman or Yuktiman who can save us from the torture at this place?

Concerned officials plz do something!!!

I Was Puchase A Bike (Bajaj pulser 150 ES Black) From Surjeet Bajaj Harda (M.P) On 09 Oct 2007.
It will Finanace From Bajaj Auto Finanace Limited. The Was Bike Tefth On 25 Dec 2008 From Indore.
I Was Already Paid 13 Installment .My total istallment is 23 Amount Per Installment is Rs 2116.
i Was paid 23 cheque to Agent.

Pl give Suggetion what Will i Do at That Time.

I have one Bajaj XCD purchase by your finanace in 2008 & paid all amount ( balance bounce cheque money collected by your collection agent Mr. Saifi Amjad Ali ). but I have purchased which bajaj agency Gems bajaj of Hadapsar pune. RTO registration no. MH-12 2605. we are unable to pay by cheque or I want to change the cheques of another bank.

Kindly help us what should I do. I didnt Have your Address of Pune office where, I can come and pay my installment of this month.kindly reply the Adress of your office thru email to me,

I have one Bajaj Sprit purchase by your finanace & paid all amount. My proposal no is[protected].I call to customor care ([protected]) for NOC on 25th sept. they have given requeist ID No. A0095933 after few days I call them again they confirmed me that they have dispatch NOC. I wait for one week but I have not received NOC, so I call them for dispatch details, for dispactch detail they have created new requiest ID No. A0113228, I again wait for few days. after that I regulary call them after couple of days, every time they repeated same answer that we don't have dispatch detail, somebody call you within 24 hr. but till date I Neithr received any NOC document nor call. The staff just turn the deaf ears to the repeated requests.

Kindly help me. I have to sell the vehical.

I had purchased Bajaj Pulsar - 150 registration no. UP 32, CJ 4551 in March 2008 with Pushpa sales Alambagh with your auto finance scheme and repayment was fixed in only 23 installments through ECS.
This payment had been made through Central Bank of India, Manak Nagar Lucknow from 15.04.2008 to 15.03.2010 which becomes 24 installments instead of 23 .This additional amount i.e. Rs 2135.00 may return back to my account immiediately please.
