[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto Finances Ltd — Non Objection Certificate

I had availed a motor finance loan for an amount of Rs.47200/- (forty thousand and two hundred) only from your Kottayam Branch Office by creating a hire purchase agreement with Bajaj Auto Finances LTD Pune for a motorcycle bearing Reg. No. KL6 D 4495.
The EMI of the said loan was Rs. 1710/- and the total no.of installments were 35.
I had closed my entire loan amount in the month of March- 2009, and I have received my RC Book, I was informed that I will be getting my Non Objection Certificate within 30 Days from Pune. Till date I have not got my NOC.
After several times of inquiry at the Kottayam Office, they are now informing that I need to pay Two more installments, which was already collected from me.
As I need the NOC, I have informed them that I am ready to pay the amount 1710*2= 3420/-, but now they are asking me to pay a total of Rs. 19,000/- (Nineteen Thousand) including fine, for a mistake they have made.
Expecting a solution as soon as possible.
