[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — NEED NOC CERTIFICATE - going to consumer forum against the company | |||
I had availed loan from Bajaj Auto Finance for purchase of Bajaj PULSAR. My vehicle no. is TN 39 AJ 7278. I have paid the loan in stipulated period of 3 years. It is almost more than 1 year I am following up with company representative at COIMBATORE AND TIRUPUR. But till date I have not received the NOC from the company. Is this the way to treat the customers? When 1 instalment is not paid on due date, the company sends its representative for recovery. But when the entire loan is repaid, is it not the responsibilty of the company to send the NOC to customers address? I am thinking of going to consumer forum against the company. My Loan Numer is[protected] Name of Narendra Malhotra. All Dues cleared on 19-May-2010. But till date i have not received the NOC. after many call to your respected representative. (Name of Representative Mr. Sunil Contact No. [protected]). This guys is also not pick my call. kindly look in to the matter and solve my problem and also provide me NOC. as soon as possible.
