[Resolved]  Bajaj / Consumer Loan — cheated by bajaj auto finance

my bajaj platina installment is completed in 2 months. i want talso new fresh loan against my two wheeler. my two wheeler is in your finance scheme. i want to know about interest rate & how many loan sanctione against my bajaj platina

I AGREE WITH THE COMPLAINT, I HAVE BEEN ALSO CHEATED BY BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE,
THERE IS NO TRANSPERASNCY ABOUT THE RATE OF INTEREST AND PROCESSING FEES,
I REQUEST ALL OF YOU THAT WHILE COMMUNICATING ABOUT THE PROCESSING FEES AND RATE
OF INTERSET TAKE EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM THE SO CALLED EXECUTIVE ON BEHALF OF THEM,
AND DONT SIGN THE BLANK AGGREMENT, EVERYTHING SHOULD BE MENTIONED ON IT ABOUT THE EMI
CHARGES, INTEREST RATE,
I HAVE PURCHASED A HONDA SILENT GENSET AND GOT FINANCED FROM BAJAJ AUTO AS
A CONSUMER LOAN AT 0% RATE OF INTEREST AND AT THE TIME OF DEALING THEY TOLD ME THE
PROCESSING FEES 2% ONLY, THEY HAVE FINANCED ME RS 38464/- AND CHARGED THE FEES
RS 3505/-
SO CHEATED ME AND THAT TO NOT RESPONDING TO ANY MAILS

It was happen to me also., I have taken a bike through Bajaj Auto Finance, in the year of[protected], EMI are completed, RC handed over to me. they said that they need time to receive NOC from Pune it take some time to reach & took 2 months time from me, after 6 month also they did not turn up to me, meanwhile I applied for a Loan for Laptop, & they sanctioned it & delivered it, in the month of March 2008 (Financial Year Ending time they send me a legal notice stating that lost Emi is due, Pay Immediately or else you will be Prosecuted in Court, I Have showed all evidence& Bank Manager certified Copy to Bajaj People, they said that they send the details to Head Office to close the Issue. Still I am getting Notices & Calls for the same., My bad Luck that I am being a Customer for Bajaj. I don`t Know When they Are going to send my Vehicle NOC.

Dear sir,

I took the Bajaj Boxer AT 2000 model and i took the same with bajaj auto finance and now after clearing the loan amount they didnt return back the original RC book to me and now they told they lost the RC original so what i have to do in this regard..my request is they can take the original duplicate RC book from the RTA office and please give back to me..my vechicle number is AP28Q 6558..
