[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — NON PERFORMANCE OF GEYSER

I have purchased a 10ltr geyser (Sr No 00822 on 4.12.09) & 3ltrs geyser (Sr No 06651 on 6.12.09) from M/S Pande & Sons, Dharampeth, Nagpur. The 3ltr geyser has been tripping every 7~8 days & I am receiving service in time from the dealer but the problem is not getting fixed. The 3ltr geyser has been installed in the place of our old 1ltr geyser (now shifted to other bathroom) which was performing w/o any problems. As per the Dealer the problem is due to low water pressure whereas the water supply to the bathroom is through 1.5" to 0.5" reducer & hence, at full pressure. Dear Sir,

We purchased Jucer mixer grinder Jx5,
Sr.no.of the product - 50196
Batch no. 1010o.
GC SI No./Code no 0328365.

But within the 3 months of purchase we found burnt smelling, after running the machine for more than 10 -15 minutes, and it was observed on regular basis. We have lodged the complaint about the same with the Bhayander branch office, ( complaint no 9465 from Ms. Reshma Sapalaya ).
unfortunately nobody attending our complaints after reminding 4-5 time to thier office.

We hope you will look into this matter seriously.
