[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — failure to provide warranty services | |||
Hi, I bought a bajaj water heater on 1st of December 2011. After about 8 months it started having some problems regarding leakage and electrical indicators not working. I made a complain about this at the customer care by phone. There was a visit by someone from bajaj and he failed to fix the problem, also he said that the water heatre was working perfectly fine just the indicator fuse had gone down which he will replace later. After a few days there was a some spark in the water heater and it was completely down. I made repeated complains there after but always some one comes and says we dont have the spares and we will come soon with the spares. This story has been repeating since almost 2 months now and now the local service center guys have simply started ignoring my complains. I just have 4 days left in my warranty now, and i don not think there is some solution for me. Thank you for accepting my complain today. Though the issue has been going on since over months
but no resolutions yet.
Every day what i get is a new phone number and that number is either fake or no one cares to answer that phone.
I got a call today from Mumbai customer support and they told me that the spares were not available... well i fail to accept this that small spares are not available in month
Also they gave me a number of regional manager [protected], I have been calling this number but it is either busy or no one answers the call.
yet another day passes for me with fake promises.
