[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — Geyser Not Working | |||
Geyser Not Working Murali krishna T, Hyderabad I fully agree on thee very bad services of Bajaj Electricals. I have also purchased Bajaj Geyser - Shakti in July 2011. After installation of one week, it was not working and till now i have complained four times and (31st August, September, October and 19the December). Every time i make complaint, theey will come after one week and do some theing and again thee geyser gets stop working. Till date it was not rectified. I have been calling thee number [protected] and it is Mumbai toll free number. They are directing theis to Hyderabad office number[protected] / [protected]. Every time some one come and says, it is simple problem and do some theing. Immediately after theree/four days, again thee same problem. We bought a geyser from Bajaj on Dec 6,2010. This was installed on Dec 8,2010 and stopped working on Dec 17th.
The technician has visited twice and could not find fault.
The national helpline number[protected] says national number means only Mumbai and has redirected us to Noida.
The live support on Bajaj Website, does not work.
The 'Contact Us' tab on bajaj web site say that the email has been submitted. However there has been no response.
Do not know who to approach.
