I, Vishwajeet Masurkar, purchased one table fan before 4 months from Bajaj, its have 2 yrs warranty. and its cost 1500. But after 4 months its working & sounding badly. then i called customer care to register their complaint. 1st thing .... those service are worst in our India. repairing person came after 20 days when i said i am going to register a complaint to customer consumer court. then one repairng person came and he did service to fan.......... then fan working proper. but after 1 week problem started again same. then after 2 days fan burned.
then i call again customer care...... but they are not responding.... they are telling person will come in working 48 hrs.... but after 20 days. no one came...... once came one bajaj person. he said moter burned. then he called company... they told to change moter..... we will give u tomorrow. but today 15 days happens for this story... we r calling that person regularly... he is saying .... i got motor, i am coming tomorrow afternoon, but he is still not cming. 1 week end.
so plz, i want to request u to do something.
