[Resolved] Bajaj Electronics Kukatpally Hyderabad — Refrigerator Delivery Delay - Time Unknown No Response | |||
Hi, I have bought Samsung DD referigerator from Bajaj Electronics Kukatpally Hyderabad on 2nd Oct, 2011 and was promised to be delivered in 3 days. Its now 5 days passed and I have no response from them. I called them and found that Referigerator in not available in Stock. It's really frustrating and i don't hv their manager numbers to whom I can speak about the problem. Even can't find one through search in google. These stores should be closed as they cant keep up the promise, I feel like cheated, my money has gone and product is still undelivered and I am not sure how much I have to go to store, its all now time waste, money waste, transport. Finally referigerator was delivered to me on 9th Oct, 2011 after continous follow up with Bajaj electronics.

First of all thanks for your response.
I have purchased Samsung double door Model No: 26HCUX for 17, 100/- from Bajaj Electronics. But, unfortunately, referigerator was never delivered to me within promised delivery period (initial 3 days, then 5 days, 6 days..) by Bajaj Electronics and they ended up saying that this model is not available in their stiock and they aren't sure if it will available by next one-two months and informed that company has stopped manufacturing the said model.
I was left with no options, they have offered another Samsung model HCLX double door 255 L, in order to avoid any further delay, hassle as cheque issue would delay my purchase during festive season and I opted to buy the offered Samsung Model from them and ended paying extra 400/- to them.
My overall buying experience with Bajaj electronics was really frustrating as they play with emotions of customer. I am now living with Samsung Model which is not my first choice.
