[Resolved] Bajaj Finance Ltd — erroneous ECS and mental harassment | |||
my consumer durable loan no. 4040CD00117835. i have given ecs mendate to bajaj finance for 32 inch sony bravia lcd tv which i have taken from pai international on 6/12/2010. television cost 32900. monthly emi is 3290 for 8 months i have done down payment of 2 emi ie 6580 Loan - Details as on 24/02/2010 as per my loan account in their website Agreement No.:4040CD00117835 Type Of Loan:CONSUMER DURABLE Loan Status:Active Status As On:24/02/2011 Repayment Frequency:Monthly Loan Amount.:32,900.00 Disburse Amount:26,320.00 Repayment Mode:ECS Gross Tenor In Months:10 Net Tenor In Months:8 Balance Tenor In Months:6 EMI Amount:3,290.00 EMI Start Date:05/01/2011 EMI End Date:05/08/2011 as per them emi start date was 05/01/2011 but no emi was deducted in January month and they called many times and told due to some technical error in their ecs processing they are unable to process ECS for first month and i have to pay first emi by cash and from next month they will process ECS deducation for EMI. they used to call at least 10 times a day and asking for cash apyment of first month emi because of error in their ecs processing. next month on 09/02/2011 they deducted first emi of 3290. now also they are calling daily and asking to pay first month emi by cash and many times they are talking in very rude manner. i am telling them every time that i have given authorisation to them for 8 ECS deductions in form of ECS mendate then how they can ask other mode of payment. and if they wand me to pay any emi by cash then first they have to close ecs and make it uniform to one mode of payment either cash or netbanking or whatever suitable to them they do not face any error i want to know suppose one emi if i pay by cash then what about ecs mendate already i have given to them and how i can belive they will not deduct ecs for whatever i will pay by cash. as i came to know from others consumers complaints that this is their way of cheating their customers first they will take cash of one or two emi by telling about some error in ecs processing then they will deduct all ecs also and then customer has to run for refund and they will never respond. i hope you can understand how this fraudulent company is cheating their customers and i am requesting you to take action and stop their fraud game to more and more customers Was this information helpful? | |||
