[Resolved]  Bajaj Finance Ltd — THINK BEFORE YOU GO FOR FINANCE

I had purchased a washing machine from Reliance digital(Vashi) on the month of November, and one of the bajaj finance executive (Ms Sumitra) ([protected]) had granted me a loan for the same.
At the time of the purchase i was told that every month Rs 960would be deducted from my A/C, but unfortunately this 960 rs was deducted for only 1st month and rest of the month there were 2 deduction shown in my A/C, one in 5th of every month and 15th of every month.(The executive says that they had logged in 2 times )

how should i go about it, i was suppose to pay 8 EMIS of 960 rs, unfortunately i have paid you 12 EMIs in 6 months of tenure.

After this I get a letter from your end at my residence that i have been not paying the dues and the company want me to pay the remaining EMIS with high interest rate and my case was being solved by MR.Sagar([protected]), (Pathetic customer service by this executive ), Mr. Suresh salve ([protected]) (The person concerned for my case tells me he would call me but never calls me up) .I don’t know how to go about it or should I file against a case against Mr.Sagar and Ms.Sumitra who tells me that they would be sending the mail daily. (The case is being solved by Sagar and Sumitra from last 1 month)

I DON’T EXPECT SUCH AN HARRASSSMENT TO THE CUSTOMER FROM BAJAJ FINANCE.SEND ME THE EXCESS AMOUNT THAT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY A/C.
