[Resolved]  Bajaj Finance Ltd — denail of consumer loan

I took Bajaj Platina bike by Bajaj loan I finished my dew's last 6 months back. I need my NOC but in Suryapet Branch Nalgonda Dist they were not returning my NOC and clearance certificate. My bike number is AP 24 Q 1330. My mobile no is [protected] & [protected]. Please give the procedure.

Dear Sir
I took loan from Bajajfinance for my bike discover 125ES. My loan No. is 5592553. I gave all post dated cheques. In april07 Bafl did not putup the cheque for clearing. In Aug on 280807 two cheque were given for clearance, out of which one cleared and second did not.I was not told for two cheques at a time otherwise I would have deposited the amount in bank for two months. When I was informed I gave in cash on 060907.Again BAfl did not putup the cheque for the month of jan08. When I asked for NOC in Oct08, they told your amount is pending.Being of no fault I paid the one instalmentin cash and asked for Noc.After some time I asked for Noc they told your amount is still pending.Then I went your Delhi Office In Naraina. I met with Mr Bal kishan Khurana he took me to Mr Veeneet Arora. I gave all my proof, bank statements and cash receipts He checked all papers and satisfied. He told your fine is wrongly done, I shall waive it off and you will be given Noc with in a week or so.But when I enquired today on 290709 my due are still pending.
So I request you to issue me the NOC at the earliest and not to harrased me with out my fault. I shall be very thankful for your favourable action please.

Bajaj Finance Ltd — Wrongful Claim.

I have been receiving SMSs on my mobile [protected] from BajajFin saying that my EMI of Rs. 2, 000 for loan account no. #[protected] is due. I have never taken any loan from this company (or for that matter any other company). This nusiance should stop.

I am having total 4 consumer loan from your Bajaj Finance out of 4 loans I preclosed one the loan No. is[protected] six months back after closing this loan I received ECS of Rs. 1075/- which i complaint about this in Tarnka branch to told me to write one letter with in 15 days you received a chequ on your res. address I did'nt received till date, anyhow now the other problem from your end wrong ECS hit which is suppose to be on 5th of every month I received twice ECS in one month on the month of July-2009 one came on 5th of july, 2009 & another 27th of july 2009 of Rs. 1075/- the Loan NO.[protected] kindly clear me what is going on. thanks

I have complted two bajaj finance load and I recd. a msg. from Pune for eliglble for 42, 000/- loan. So, I had submitted my all necessary documents (like Photo, Passport copy, Pan card) in Ahmedabad Branch.

But my application are rejected only the reason is negative area. I understand very well my area better than bajaj people because I am resi. at this place since birth. I agree that threr are some at least 2% or less than 2% people are negative but I assure you I am not negative. Area is negative but peopole are not negative.

For example : You can buy an apple 5 kgs. and one or two apple are not good and you remove it. but you are not remove all 5 kgs.

Hope you are understand my matter and do the needfull at the earliest.

I bought Pulsar-150cc in EMI on 25-Feb-09.My loan No:L2WPUN00034710.
My due date is on 5-Aug-09 or 6-Aug-09(Not sure).
I had insufficient amount on 5-Aug-09. So, ECS charges had been debited of Rs.225.
Kindly help me that how many installments I have paid and the amount for the month of August has been debited or not. If possible give me Login ID and Password to check these details.

I have purchased bajaj discover 135 es(date 0306.2009) and took finance fromBAFL-PROPOSAL NO 12WCHE00111628my frist emi rs .2417collected from your chennai office throgh rcpt noAF11685253, when we asked why it is not drawn from bank, they said they had some mangement problem and not able to take, emi through ECS, but this month they took two payments from icici dated 05.08.09-rs 2417 and the same month 10.08.09-2009Rs-2417.what is this what proceedure they have, i do not understand, pl let me know if i go to consumer forum, shall i get any help to recover

my receipt no is 47626092 issued to me by the shimla office as i have financed my desktop computer. my money is still lying with bajaj people .i visited bajaj Finance office at Khalini shimla about 15 times, now the office has been shifted to some unknown place and i am not getting my money back. this sort of behaviour of such a big company is pain full and required to be responded immediately.

I had taken an loan from bajaj finance in 2007 in the Month of March. The loan was for a Personal computer. The instalement for this finance was 1322 Rs. X 22 instalement. The re-payment of the loan has already been completed i.e on march 2009, but there has been not an single call, infromation or communication from your side ( Bajaj finance ) we have been trying to find bajaj finance employee or office has we are not getting any information of it.

shall we claim this service as a fraud, we are really shocked with the worst service provided by bajaj finance. We clrealy request you to please refund our deposite within 15 days. Or else if there has been not an single approach from your side then this would lead us to take some legal steps.

proposal no:[protected]. i contacted to customercare to send the noc of mybike.they gave reference no: A 0065100 on 21st Aug, A0073207 on 28th Aug.From 11th Aug I called &communicate 4 times, but always they say 15 days duration the process will complete, but i don't know how many 15 days go?howlong i wait for NOC.one more thing is i collected only reference numbers not the NOC
