Bajaj — Faulty Geyser
The complaint is regarding the bajaj geyser model Shakti Plus 25L.
I had purchased it on December 2010 and since then we have submitted several complaints.The company engineer responded on everytime within 3-5 working days, however the geyser become non-workable after 2-3 days.
5 months have passed by but still geyser is giving a lot of problems and is in a unworkable condition, not to mention we have faced a lot of difficulties in Winter for hot water as well.
Now after having lost the confidence on the product we want it to be replaced by other geyser model or want full refund of money
