Sir,

I am a responsible citizen of India and I love Bangalore, but the garbade management system has created panic in my mind. As we are the fastest growing metro, we are not paying the attention for scientific management and approach towards this issue. We need not wait to wait till the 'Dooms day' to see the world ending. If de not manage the E- waste, B- waste, Medical wate and importantly the plastic we will end up in a big mess.

Please consider this mail as a request some serious actions so that future generation will also live in the green bangalore once again.

sub: I am writing this letter to complain about the garbage vehicles.

I am a resident of lakshmi sagar layout which is situated just behind mahadevapura BBMP office.My concern is that garbage vehicles sometimes completely filled with garbage are parked throughout the day in the road that connects our layout to the whitefield main road. These vehicles produce a very bad smell and we residents are unable to walk through this road due to this bad smell and the most important thing is that these filled garbage vehicles may also spread diseases among people.


So i kindly request the authority to take action regarding these garbage vehicles by moving it away from our residential area to a non-residential area.

Hoping that the actions will be taken as soon as possible.

This is regarding garbage collection from 3rd Cross, 4th Main, Matadahalli R T Nagar Bangalore 560 032,

Earlier this garbage collection point at the corner of the street and no one was affected, Now a new construction came in near to that point and then it has been moved the garbage collection point to center of the street where all four sides are having houses and it’s main junction for school bus’s / van come and pickup the school children.
Here on this road sweeping of this garbage point only once in a blue moon and sweeping ladies dumps all garbage here irrespective of the BBMP van takes it or not. Due to that many days we will be seeing a mountain of garbage left throught day and will be taken on the next day.
In this connection we contacted respective authorities several times. Finally on the luckiest day he came with his team and arranged for the needful by sending the garbage collection van for twice in a day. (Just for a month).
From that day onwards a hand push trolley is stationed right in front of our houses with full of garbage. Taking advantage of stationed garbage trolley residents of surrounding area started putting all sort of wastage in to that trolley & it's now started stinking.
This will lead to spread epidemic diseases if No action is taken immediately.

Your immediate action is requested.

I stay at no. 12, teachers colony, west of chord road, basaveshwara nagar, bangalore -560079 which comes under ward no 16, the lady who collects waste here also has the same attitude and behaves very badly.these ladies are so arrogant as they know for sure that no action will be taken against them.
I request the officials to take up the matter seriously and resolve the issue.

we are fed up of the garbage which is collected in the drains infront of the house. everybody throws their wastes in the drain which is near our house and where maximum breeding of mosquitoes take place. please see that immediate action is taken on this. and there is an empty site behind which belongs to Nirmal jewellers in sanjaynagar, he is the main cause for this, as he has left his site empty and no body wants a decent dustbin near by. so the open drain near our house is the only source.

please help... and take immediate action in a day or two.

Dear Sir,

We are staying in #37, Ist Cross, Ist Main, Ist Block, Akshayana Nagar, Rammurthy Nagar, Bangalore - 560016.

In our street there are hundreds of street dogs due to which we are facing lot of problems like night time we cannot walk on the street, unable to sleep at night time because dogs will be making lots of noise regarding this I have raised online complaint long back but not action as been taken.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that Garbage collection in Koramangala 5th block is higly irregular. The people responsible here demand money each month and inspite are never regular with their duty. Repeated complaints to them has not yeilded any results and the supervisor's here turn a deaf ear to our complaints. Besides the garbage collectors dump the trash in a park located here and take their own time in clearing it, which causes a fowl stench and makes living unbearable.

Sir, I request you to kindly pay your attention to this and have this sorted out. We would be very thankful to you.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding GARBAGE COLLECTION issue in most of the location's in bangalore:
a) may be arrogant collectors
b) No garbage collectors
c) Filthy road sides because of garbage.
etc.

I suggest to place a good covered DUSTBINS in all the localities, so that people who are not present during the garbage collection can dump that.

I too work in an IT company, because of which most of the times i will not be present during garbage collection.

There is a lady who'll be collecting garbage in a trolly, but when i myself take the garbage bag to her trolley, she pulls off her trolly and refuses to accept the garbage and shouts at me. It is very embarrassing. I does not have any place to dump my garbage.

Please take proper action and place DUSTBINS in all location.

I am a resident of 11th b cross, 20th main, J.p. nagar 2nd phase for the past 17 years. All these years we had good garbage collectors who were polite, sincere and did their work. Of late, one garbage collector has been posted to our street who is very arrogant, demanding money as and how she decides, sarees and other gifts from households and if these things are not given to her satisfaction, then she starts her real show. Because all the residents here are from a decent background nobody wants to fall prey to her gutter language, so scared of her filthy language they obey her orders, those who do not obey her orders are at the receiving end. She even threatens us with dire consequences if we do not obey her orders. Complaints in the past to the officer in charge regarding this lady have yielded no results, instead these complaints and callous attitude of the officer in charge have only strengthened her arrogance. The supervisor is always a mute spectator to her actions, he is a hopeless person who does not know how to control this lady, but silently watch the happenings and leave the place in the end. I hope at least now some action will be initiated against this lady by transferring her or removing her from her current position and suitable advise is given to the supervisor who is only a mute spectator to all the happenings.

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Sanjaynagar & hereby would like to bring into you notice on the garbage been thrown at the open area in the front of the house. I never seen any garbage collection van in the vicinity to even think of handing it over as required. By this the residents nearby or the road cleaners have started dumping the waste (dry or wet) in the open area (vacant site) in heart of residence locality. Due to this we are facing lot of issues with mosquitos & few of them even went close to be identified with Denuge fever. I request you to take necessary actions in educating the people around & providing the option to hand over the garbage to the collection van. If they set a time to pick the garbage i am sure the road will be in a neat condition without any health hazards.

Please do consider this request keeping the healthy aspect of the residents/surrounding in bangalore.

we have asking guys authorities in local but but no action is taken against the garbage dumping in front of our house and we have problem from garbage dumping due to which the rodents have increased in number and have digged the place around the tree where the garbage is dumped, insects due to which we have health problem in our family and just fed up of the rats menace. please do take some action and stop garbage dumping in our place and please help us maintaining the place hygiene..

The garbage collector lady responsible to collect garbage from our street is very irregular. Half the times she does not turn up, & when she does turn up, times are irregular (from 7 A.M to 12 noon). We can't leave garbage outside too as we are not sure it will be picked up. Even if she turns up, whether she will pick up garbage depends on her whims. Ladies on other adjoining streets create a racket when we put garbage in their cart.

Also, 3rd Main, 3rd Cross, Mathikere Extension is a market with shops. It is difficult to go for a walk in the morning as full street is littered with garbage. Please keep some bins in that area & ask shop-owners & cart-owners to dump garbage in those bins only at the end of the day. May be garbage bins can be kept in places at night so that people do not throw garbage on the street or street corners. This comes in handy when garbage lady plays truant.

SuB: Demanding of Money by Garbage collecting LADY.

We are already paying Rs.30/- per month per house. Since 2 months she is demanding
Rs.40/- per month per house.

She is threatening the citizens that she won't collect the garbage hereafter.
What we are giving is just a gift/baksis.

Garbage stored/accumulated at Vijayanagar, Marenahalli 1st Main road, near school and residential area,
This is to complain about the garbage stored/accumulated in the road and footpath thrown by public & BBMP next to Govt school, temple and house.

There is so much piled up garbage and due to that many insects, mosquitoes, rodents, lizards and Cockroaches keep getting into the house. This is seri0us health issue for us.
We have complained many times, but people started putting garbage again and again and BBMP also store their garbage at this place. They created this place as garbage dump area.
The smell is also so disgusting. we are concerned about health hazards to our people in building and school.
Garbage is stored, not been collected and cleared regularly, instead BBMP vehicle filled with garbage park's in front of the building.
Kindly take measures to clean it up and do permanent solution. This is for your kind information and do the needful. Photos' attached
