[Resolved] BangaloreOne — BWSSB bills payment online | |||
Dear Sir, I paid BWSSB bill online through Bangalore-One on 26th April, 2012. After the amount was debited from my Credit card, when Bangalore-One has to confirm the payment with a receipt number or transaction number, the website errored out 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object', please find attached the screen shot of the error. I have been trying to contact the BangaloreOne on their 2 phone lines[protected],401, since last 5 days and sent several mails, the phone is not answered and the mail is bouncing as their mailbox is full. The Credit card bank has confirmed that the amount has been debited, but I have trouble in reaching out to Bangalore-One to confirm the same and get the receipt for the payment made. I called BWSSB to check if they have received payment, they bluntly said they would not know these information. How to confirm the payment, who to reachout to for the receipts.
