Bank of Baroda / ATM Card — my atm card is not working

dear sir i am account holder of bank of baroda st road sikar my a/c no. is 34646.after a long time my atm card is not in service. bob atm care centre is writing me that my new card is in bank but branch manager is not responding me

i am member of bank of barod in laheripura branch
i was apply for atm card befor 2month but still not come
i request to you please follop this complain.

I am Account Holder of BOB in Musafirkhana, Sultanpur branch and my A/C No. is [protected]. I am applied for ATM card at 05, January, 2009 in home branch but at till date i am not recieved my ATM card please suggest me what should i do.
