[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — BOB Server Problem / Emi Not Passed i get Charged Both Side

Dear All,

My name is Jaimin Diwan. I am from surat. Everone in surat knows that near 2nd aug to 7 aug. Bank of baroda's all atm & Branches System not working due to them technical server reason. I have an EMI of Two-wheeler Loan. it wiill be came everymonth on 5th & its is ECS (Electronic Balance Cut). So when it came on 5th BOB's Systems Not Stable & working & That EMI not passed. I Get Charge By Bob 85/- And now also charged from ICICI 225/- when i have balance of Rs, 7000/-. EMI is only Rs 1200/-. I also done All entery in my passbook & its also described that i have Much balance for that EMI & Get Charged.
Pls Someone Give me Proper Comments wht Can I Do??

I Iqbal shaikh kasam whoes saving account no is [protected], Customer ID[protected] sir I lost my ATM Debit card for which i complain got new one but by mistake i strach the envelop before i could open the envelop and i could not able to see my pin number sir ask the bank for what to do now they said to apply again even your customercare no i call told to apply for the new card
But sir its almost one & half month i have received any new card or or new pin number please sir/madam see that i get my pin number or new ATM card as soon as posible cause i get to much problem without card hope you understand my problem or else i have to close my account from your bank and get a new bank
