Barclay Credit Card — Harassment calls from barclay credit card for misused card | |
This is to complaining you that since 8 months I am holding Barclay credit because of their regular calls and saying that its life time free credit card and all, they have issued the card with out my approval after three months, Just one month back I have received a message which is stating that this month statement has been dispatched, I was shocked at that moment, because I was not at all using the card, they have send me 9948.00 bill, at that time I called to customer care and I complaint that I am not responsible for that transactions. They said that they will investigate and get back after 45 working Days, since 4 days I am receiving blank calls and recorded call from Barclay credit card. It's a foolish bank. They don't have minimum of common sense they are not even listing our words, simply they are saying you have outstanding balance of 9948.00 that's it. I have already complaint that I did not perform any transactions and also I am not at all responsible for the transactions, even then they are keep on calling. I think this Barclays credit card employees are all brain less people. Actually I don't know how and where I need to comply on Barclay credit card, if know I would be complaining on those fellows. please let me know where i need to lodge a complaint on those bloody fellows. I agree with the person. This is the biggest cheater of all the card issuers. they have such poor service and cheting attitude.

i already clearing the debit amount my creditcard but bank is
charging the extra charges on my accont i already talk the customer care for more time but no response in customer care service side please clearing and reversal of the extra amount
