[Resolved] Barclays Bank Credit Card — Non receipt of CC Statement and Helpline not acceptable. | |
Hey, I had been issued an BarclayCard in the month of Dec 07 and I used it for the first time last month on 11th April, however till date I've not received the statement till date. I have been calling the Helpline no.[protected] mentioned on the back of the card, where a prerecorded message says pls call on 6724 2222, buth that no is perenially busy. Pls advise how to go about paying the amount due without penalties being incurred. Was this information helpful? | |

Barclays Bank Credit Card — Unaware for Annual Service Charge
Hi,I had applied for Platinum Barclays credit card.
As I have read the terms and conditions I would like to discontinue the use of the same.
I am sending the destroyed card back to you as I have not yet used it.
My details are as below.

I am unaware for Annual Service Charges for Rs.4999/-

I chirayu Kaushik H No-1020 Sec-3 Huda colony Ballabhgarh Faridabad in my calculation I have paid all installment in regular interval but one installment is bounce some financial problem so after that we have paid in cash installment but you are unnecessary interest to be charged by your bank and a letter received on date-05.12.2012 in this letter no outstanding your side my card is close but in present time I want to satallment with face to face discussion regarding this issue so please arrange my total outstanding against this above mention credit card no because my financial position is good in this time so please settle this account early as possible.
Kindly solve this issue early as possible
