[Resolved]  Bareilly Publishing Company — fraud Company

It is absolutely true that BPC company is a Very big fraud company, They trap the clients & make them sign Agreements before hand work and then only take the refundable security amount. I, Sanjay kumar from Haldwani (nainital) have also became a victim of this company recently. They have taken Rs 8800 from me and made my sign an agreement on 24/03/2012, In turn the amount of work they gave is absolutely vague and illogical.., when i start the work, i judge that with the fix parameters the work is not possible so i call to Ms. SAUMYA & NISHA for Return my Security Money, then She has Reply to me, That Security money is not refundable to me. and also saying that again pay 40 % of 8800 as a penalty amount for not completing the work properly. The work was not explained in totality and they kept on adding clauses of non completion., which by itself is even before I am supposed to complete the work in 21 days. This shows that it is pre planned. Please help me. Thanks

Surprisingly, Stephen Has done the work(half) and the remaining was supposed to be done by Promod alias Alex alias Sudhir Chabra alias Ishant Arora alias Ravi. For the same he has taken Rs 20, 000/ from Stephen .( but he didnot do the work)His name has recommended by Sunil Rathore alis Ranjit Rathore alias Ishant Arora with whom Stephen has signed the undertaking.

Stephen has taken 'A' project where Deepak 'Basic', but the text given to both the victims are same.

Generally people give up after making reasonable efforts and authorities who are responsible for taking action become lethargic. After all what interest they have. In Uttamnagar Office some persons uniting together approached them without any intimation and were able to incarcerate them in their office and take their money which was possible with the help of this complaint and proper internal co-ordination.

Some thing like this needs to be done by all victims and take some action. Now, even people have stopped making their grievances.

yes they are big fraud. all of them niharika, harmeet alias gurmeet, pankaj, parmod. security lene k baad saale phone bhi nahi uthate. i lost 1, 79000 rs now they changed their office from panipat to meerut

tried to recharge of Rs 00/- on[protected].I did not get any recharge but money has been deducted from my account and i got a message Network failure.My Reference ID is 423789>Please Refund my amount in my account.Shall be thankful to you.

Mr. Shakeel — cheating people

Mr. Shakeel is fraud in the name of Muslim, he was cheated me by selling land more than 40 lakhs, this's mobile number of shakeel [protected] if any one find him i'm ready to pay the reward, kicking the stomach of poor people [censored] in B*s*ard

Now this fraud company called Radhe Kishan Company has its so called office in Kurukshetra. They tried to lure me into their offers of making huge money, but I could smell their ill intentions and refrained from paying any money on the spot. Please beware of these comapnies as they are just frauds, who cheat innocent and poor people.
