As per my knowledge they used black money to white money within faction of seconds one account other and other totally they used for froud work . So kindly don't share your any details in this kind of emails.
This massage got from my one of the relation(police intelligence's Department).

Guys I also received a spam mail like this and not just enc but rom 5 diff. mails and 5 diff company names which also includes rbi reserve bank of india but it has no reality behind it.
many awareness prog. arebein run by the govt and ngos that such mails hold no truth and we should not give a damn abt it. if any one else recieves mails like this i request that recepient not to pay them any sort of service charges or even ur bank account details or eveen ur name and address. all these info. help thee criminals create a fake database to do frogery.
