beam tele has provided internet services to me with unlimited package subscription. but they have never quoted or stated any limitation under this subscription either on their website www.portal.beamtele.com or during subscription and connection. but suddenly they are saying that you have download limit of 25 GB and they have reduced the speed to 1/3rd of original subscription. subscriber id : [protected]@gmail.com it is a humble request to you please send them a notice as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||

It has been one week since i have face my net problem and i also complaint 4 times, the no. are 938041, 930076, 924589, 922679 but yet no response...Moreover my speed was 768 kbps and after 30GB download it comes to less than 128 kbps and no one is doing nothing. I request to all other people please before taking connection make sure you take the right decision because money may have no value but time is the most precious thing. So, please do inquiry before making any such decision...

i am also beam tele customer, my case is little different, i did not even cross the 30gb limit but my speed got reduced to 256. iam facing the problem since starting of the month. complainted 3 times, every time they register it and close with ion hours without any correction, hopeless net provider, it should be avoided
