I received a call from this club. They were giving many oral commitments of gifts. Please for Gods sake don't believe them. They were not doing anything. Till you join they will frequently call you on your appointments. but once you paid them, you have to beg them for even attending your phone calls.
They will say they have snookers table in the club. but there is nothing like that. there is no internet browsing. the gym is there but there is no maintenance of the same.
till you join, you will be treated like a honourable customer. but once you paid the amount, they wont listen you for the delivery of the gifts. As we dont have any proof for the promised gifts, we have to beg them for the same. but they wont listen to us.
The MD (saravanan) is telling like he will response to all. but actually not doing the same. They have appointed a 420 as their GM. His name is stalyn. Just see his face and you can judge about him.
Even after this, if you want to join the club, get everything written from them about the amenities and gifts.
About the joining fee is also fully. They were collecting from Rs.5,000 to Rs.30,000 for the membership. but there is no different in the amenities.
I am also the member of this club for the past 8 months. but i have not invited even for single recreation activity. because they dont conduct anything like recreation activities.
The customer care cell (a single lady) is responding calls but, she seems to be a village girl who does not know anything.
The present condition of this Club is very worst. Who know it may become Nice in the future. but without gaining the satisfaction of the existing customers/members they cant achieve the success.
