In your message it is not clear whether you have signed the POD given by the Traansporter. If signed, whether you have written the damaged position on that receipt.
However, you may send a Regisatered with ACK due letter /Notice to the Transporter calling Compensation for the damaged goods for Rs...and mental agony for Rs... by fixing 21 days time limit,
If no reply has been received, you may file complaint with Consumer Court either at Bangalore or Hyderabad to get Justice.

My name is nihar. even i have booked the BEST packers and movers from bangalore to noida. that peron kapoor ponia named number [protected] promised lot of things. when my house hold things reached noida i found there is some damage in every cartoon. they broke my computer table, broke my godrej, broke my bike head light and indicator. and utencils are bend almost all utensil. and wwashing machine was damaged. they told me if any thing breaks if you will make the insurance we will pay you for that they took around 4000 rupies. when i complained here no body responede me and that chor and kuta person from bangalore did not pick my phone. i request to all please dont book the cheaters loke best packers movers.

yes you all are right .
it seems that Best packers people are looting the poeple and they also damage the cartoons badly.
My all cartoons were damaged and my bike helmet is missing.
Kapoor doesn't respond so promptly and Ajit in chennai also does not come up with proper answer.

I have booked my goods from Delhi to Chennai on 11th July. They said that it will reach with in 3 days and it will deliveried in home. It reached chennai office on 30th July.When i contacted chennai office Person name called Ajit..spoke very rudely and not responding properly. As of now i did not receive my goods.Please don't go for Best Packers and Movers. Please ..please avoid...They are looting people. They should change the name to WORST packers and movers.

Best Packers and Movers Bangalore — Cheating

Please beware of these cheaters. We had a unnerving experience with this company. Trust is No word for them. We hired them to relocate our household goods. They charged big amount promising Loading, packing, Unloading , Transport and unpacking and we agreed to pay the amount they asked for. Mr. Kappor Poonia is the owner there and he sent some people to pack the goods. After packing they took the stuff out of the house and Mr. Poonia called asking for full amount in advance. We didn't want to do that and told him some amount will be paid on delivery, he threatened saying he is not going to transport the goods. We paid him whole amount in advance. When the goods arrived, there was no person to unload or Unpack the things. Goods arrived late night and there was none to help us. It even started raining. After calling him, his fellowman kept giving ridiculous excuses saying he has left phone in car , some said he met an accident and some even started abusing without reason. We had to unload and unpack all goods from truck ourselves. Even we figured that some of the goods were missing. I really want to file a case against this company and also take them to consumer court. Never see such cheaters and liers . I request everyone not to take their services anytime or else you will land into same situation.

As already informed by Mr.Siva Prasad Reddy I am fully agree with his complaint since I have affected recently. My Consignment no is 1663 and I have shifted from Bangalore to Surat.

During Transportation below items were damaged
1. Alma-rah Total Damage
2. Fridge damaged
3. Washing Machine damaged
4. Sofa Damaged

My intention of making complaint is only one reason. Is there any one can warn this cheating personal since they are using ISO 9000 certificate which is not suitable for them and Mr.KAPOOR is greatest cheating fellow which I ever seen in my life time.

We are middle class personal and not able to go to Court or Police Station to make complaint about these people's, hence kindly BAND the Best Packers and movers for some yrs
