Bestdaam.com — non delivery of product

ordered washing machine is not receved
I ordered a LG Top Load Fully Automatic Washing Machine - T72CMG22P from bestdaam.com on 18 October 2012. Order Number: 289117

I paid the initial amount 200 and the I was told to pay remaining amount as cash on delivery. The delivery was promised in 3-4 days.Today is 26th October and I have NOT recieved the product till now. I have been trying the customer care number given at website ([protected]) but the same is switched off from day one itself. There is no response over email also from [protected]@bestdaam.com, [protected]@bestdaam.com. I have sent multiple reminder to the folks over mail but there is no reply.

I am not able to reach at all to bestdaam folks by any means (call/mail) and do NOT know when the product will be delivred to me.

Please take necessary steps to make sure that the product is delivered to me as soon as possible and in good shape.
