I ordered a Samsung fully automated washing machine (model:WA82VSLEC) from bestdaam.com on 10 July 2012. Order number is 263073. I paid the initial amount 200 and the I was told to pay remaining amount as cash on delivery. The delivery was promised in 3-4 days.Today is 17th july and I have NOT recieved the product till now. I have been trying the customer care number given at website ([protected]) but the same is switched off from day one itself. There is no response over email also from [protected]@bestdaam.com, [protected]@bestdaam.com. I have sent multiple reminder to the folks over mail but there is no reply. I am not able to reach at all to bestdaam folks by any means (call/mail) and do NOT know when the product will be delivred to me. Please take necessary steps to make sure that the product is delivered to me asap and in good shape. Oct 30, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Company not called any more and directly deposited my full amount back to my account without any conditions with in a week. | |

i also face same issue, i ordered washing machine but they charged 200.00 but even i try to reach them through phone no as well email no respond from them, its fraud company.

Today is 30th OCT and I have NOT recieved the product till now till 9:30 PM. I have been trying the customer care number given at website ([protected]) but the same is switched off from 15th OCT itself. There is no response over email also from [protected]@bestdaam.com, [protected]@bestdaam.com. I have sent multiple reminder over mail but there is no reply.
I am not able to reach at all to bestdaam by any means (call/mail) and do NOT know when the product will be delivered to me.

The delivery was promised in 3-4 days.Today is 31st OCT and I have NOT recieved the product till now. I booked an oven of lg8082 on BESTDAAM.com for 15days back but there is no reply of mail also.they given phone number also fake and they charged for me some amount as a advance but there mentioned as delivery in 3days in their website. so dont go for this online site to buy or order any thing.
