Bestylish.com — Product not delivered nor the money got refunded

I have tried purchasing a woodland shoe from bestylish.com around 3 weeks ago. The product was assured to be delivered after 5 days but did not get delivered till now. I was trying a debit card purchase, but for the first time in my online shopping experience, they were asking for bank statement, ID proof and address proof to be scanned and sent. Even after sending all those I have not received my product. I asked for refund one week back, but they did not even give the amount. The customer care executives were switching calls one after the other and everyone asked me the same stupid set of questions to which am fed up of answering. I don't know what to do next. I badly think I lost my money but just want to screw their happiness if so. Pls advice.
