WE ARE REGISTERED WITH ROBIN GAS SERVICE, ROHINI, SECTOR-5, WE ALWAYS FOUND TELEPHONE ENGAGED AND HAVE TO BOOK REFILL AT THEIR DOORSTEP.

It is true, the phone is mostly busy and it is almost rare to be able to book over phone.

WE ARE REGISTERED WITH NIHAL GAS SERVICE, MAYUR VIHAR, , WE ALWAYS FOUND TELEPHONE ENGAGED AND HAVE TO BOOK REFILL AT THEIR DOORSTEP.

Sir, I'm having two connection of Bharat Gas with Priyanka Gas Service, Kashmere Gate, Delhi. Unfortunately everytime whenever you make a call there the telephone numbers always just ringing or engaged. It's a total disapointment, do something at the earliest possible.

I live in faridabad and my LPG agent is in Sector 9 bharat gas. From last 4 months I am struggling to get a 2nd cylinder on my existing connection. But every time they give me a new date and when I call them on that date they again give me a new date.
Most of the time their phone is either busy or no body picks it. Me and my husband are both working and we cannot daily go to their agency to ask for an update.

An action on the complaint made by me is highly appreciated.

I have a connection from Adlakha agency (Sector 9, HUDA mkt.)

I am trying to get a second cylinder on my current connection from last 5 months. Every time i called them i just get a new date on which i have to confirm that whether new cylinder can be provide by them or not, i don't know is this a joke or what for them. They are even not having a confirm information about any query, is this a way to treat a customer ?

I don't know whether this complaint on this site is going to affect something or not, i am even not thinking about happening of something good or better from this agency, i am writting here just because of my frustation.

If any body have the no. of Bharat Gas, consumer branch then please reply.

I live in sector 7faridabad.our bharatgas agency dealer, adlakha gas agency is in sector 9.the agency has 3 phone nos for costumers .each of them is inengaged mode whenever we try for booking gas.after hours of trying if anumber gets connected by chance, it is not attended.if you are very lucky and you are able to book your cylinder, then no delivery is made even after 10 days.this time also i booked cylinder 10 days ago but ihave not got the cylinder.please help

Out gas dealers at vina nagar. He is having 3 telephone connection but when ever we try it remains engage.How it can happens that all t he
times for longer time all phones can engag e? we are senior citizen and we have t o visit his office and get booking. It is fair?

Bharat Gas — website does not work properly and is not attended

I booked for gas (no[protected] on 27th January 2011. I have not yet got my gas as yet. I tried calling the gas agency (Satish Gas). Either the phone rings and nobody picks up or the phone is engaged.

I tried registering for the preferred time delivery on ebharatgas, but the website says that this cannot be done (I wonder why this feature is there on the site). I tried calling up the toll free numbers - they do not work. Website is slow and and ot well organized.

I wish you all go with bharat gas official mail and register a complaint against the dealer.

I stay in sector-3, and facing the same problem .This time I have booked personnaly on 7/9/11 and after 4 time personal request but I could not get till today.

It seems the problem has not rectified. The services of Adlakh Gas Agency is very poor and the phones are never picked by them. The authorities should take action against agencies like these.

I submit request on line on date 3/12/2012, my connection is clear at Adlakha Gas Agencies sector-9, but no any response at distributer end.

I have applied for new connection and approved by bharat gas. My booking number is 15864720. When i reached to my bharat gas agency (HLRDC bharat gas) they are refused to provide me new connection. Please help me to get new connection.
