I had booked a cylinder last 20 days ago with M/S prrem bharat gas ater road bhind (m.p.). My consumer number is 1192 on the name of (NARAYAN SHARMA). Till date , the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please... At Tamil Nadu Ramanathapuram District the gas agencies make booking after every two months,
After booking it takes twenty days to delivery cylinders,
We have do lot of complaints but there is no propper response from the concern.
We receive gas cylinders after every 75 to 80 Days.
pls the if the authority takes nessecery the whole district will benefit.

There is no process for cylinder distribute and also we can not Book the cylinder in advance or they are not giving the second cylinder so in this case we are facing lots of problem.
even they are not giving the cylinder to proper customers they are selling in Black in double price
