[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Poor Delivery

Hi

I would like to bring to notice about the poor dleivey of Bhavani Bharth Gas on the Outer Ring Road, Nayandalli, Near to PES Engineering College.

Every time after booking the Gas, Minmimum 15 days are taken to deliver the gas, that too after repetative call and request.

i navin chandra singh R/o d116 nihal vihar nangloi new delhi having bharat gas conection no. 15130 with Victory nterprises. as i have booked gas on 7.8..2009 but i have not received till today i.ei 19.08.2009 from them. i called many times from that day till today but i always get the same answer tomorrow. ther is no gas at my home it is getting very dificult to feed my family. i called today there was lady she lied and told me that i hv never booked any gas.

therfore i want a strict action against them. pleae to do something.

I am using Bharat Gas for the past 20 years, I have lost my original document somewhere while shifting house. Now I need a duplicatte copy of the document for BSNL landline fixation, could u please help me in geeting a duplicate copy of the document. I have the Gas book, in that my details are there. We are user of Bharat Gas having consumer no BF111009 and dealer is Vineet Gas Berkhera Bhopal MP. We both husband and wife are working and our house remains locked upto 3.00 PM. This point we have already got registered at dealer that gas delivery should be after 3.00PM only. Every time delivery man writes that house was locked and has never delivered tha gas after 3.00PM. We had already made complaint to dealer and after that the gas is delivered after 3 PM . This is a regular feature and delivery man misbehaves and argues that he will not deliver after 3 PM. Recently we have booked the cylinder more than a week ago but till date the delivery has not been made. We have been fed up with this type of service and if no action is taken then we will be forced to report the matter to conumer forum. Hope you will attend to the complaint and will give some fruitful solution.

I am Ajay kumar Amar, R/o F1/10 SANGAM VIHAR NEW DELHI-110062, having bharat gas conection no. 3863 with EMINENT COMPUTERS PVT.LTD SHOP NO. 5&6, L1-34/1 SANGAM VIHAR NEW DELHI-110062. as i have only one cylinder so i face various problem without second cylider but my distributer strickly return my request without any hazitation(BEFORE ONE AND HALF YEAR). i always get the same answer tomorrow(again and again). it is getting very dificult to feed my family. This distributor give answer it is impossible issue second cylinder.

therfore i want a strict action against them. pleae to do something

This is RAJIV RANJAN from delhi saket area.i have BHARAT GAS CYLENDER.but bhart gas servies is very -2 bad my agncy is place HUAZ KHAS IN NEW DELHI.i was call last 15 days booked reffil in cylender but till date not supply cylender.dally i was calling gas agency but thay are reply today will cylender supply. but till date not recive cylender.really i feel tension becoz i was not make cook last five days sir what can i do.pls help me.

gas — poor gas delivery

Am Mylathal, my customer Id 55173. Am the customer of Bharat gas dealer golder agency, Varadharajapuram. Mine is a government alloted cylinder. I have booked the cylinder after 60days of receiving it. The people who working in the agency conveyed me that the cylinder will reach the home within two days of booking. But only after 6days am not getting the cylinder which holding pre dated receipt. Please take necessary action against them which is become a great issue and happening on regular basis.

I am a user of Bharat gas, I am really sorry to say that what the hell service they are giving at the time of emergency leakage i don't know, even there emergency gas leakage helpline numbers are not reachable.I am really pissed off with this pathetic scenerio.
I request from the H.O. responsible authority of bharat gas please enhance the sevice distributin and Be keep activated number atleast for emergency. (my consumer number is #31162)

Hi,

I have booked a LPG on 28th april and till date i have not received yet. I had a word agency person he said there is a shortage of LPG from his distributor end. I have also forwarded a complaint in customer care as well but did not get correct resolution. Kindly check and revert.

HI sir.

This is Nagababu s/o S.Dharmarao, from Kompally,Rangareddy dist,quthbullapur mandal,AP.
We have gas connection of Bharathgas wide consumer no 19356.
recently changed my address---i have already informed to my distributor RAJESWARA GAS AGENCY,KOMPALLY.
They did not change that.

my last booking at 04/06/[protected]nearly 40 days over--but we did not get cylinder till the date.

so pls kindly action on this complaint as soon as possible.

every month we are facing this problem...they are correctly distribute to high profile people----they are neglecting poor
people----this is very sad.---

Sir, My consumer No.35680. I booked cylinder on[protected] & till now I didn't get my
refill & now they replied every day that they provide my cylinder today or tomorrow. but till date they did not deliver the cylinder. Each & every month I have to launch my complaint then I get my
cylinder.I am facing this problem since last 1.5 year.The people who are all working there are handling the customers very badly. they are fully irresponsible. I am totally irritated by their activities

I would like to inform you that i had book my gas on 30 jun and 19 days has been passed but same yet not delivered then yesterday i have visited at your shaalimaar agency which is situated at chowk lko and ask him about the matter to lady who has sitting there suddenly she told that you sit on another place because internet is not working which is very rude manner ..and after that i had asked for book my gas again but she has denied..

So we request you to plz look into the matter and get this solved.. coz every time gas not delivered timely and your shaalimaar agency employes has manner less they not listing of consumer complaints..
