[Resolved] Bharat Gas — delaying in refiling cylender | |
i chandan kumar goswami cunsumer of bharat gas in durgapur west bengal i have complain that i booked for refillingof cylenderbefore durga puja festival but till now (11/11/07) I am not getting my cylender in the mean while ihave remind them several times by phone but they are not ready to listen properly. i am faceing so much problem so i am requesting to higher autherities of bharat gas to take astrong action againest the agency waiting for your action thank you my cosumer no.09427 agency name. m/s M.P.Gas Services,vill. khairasole,near chandi mandir,degaulle avenue, durgapur 713212 W.B my number.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |

my father giving an application for nuw connection bharath gas 5 th sept 2007 .the bharth gas agent( pooladikkunnu,calicut, kerala Ph:[protected]) still yet not giving connection . in my enquiry it is observed that lot of people those giving application after me got connection.while iam asking to the manajer he said to me that i[censored] give 1500 to me i will give connection to u otharwise u cant get it

I am waiting for refiling of lpg since 14/03/09 my waaiting no is 413 with ARHINT GAS AGENCY PUNE Now no body is picking the phone nor the agency nor the area office nor the delovery boy since last two day we are eating fast food out side this type of service not expected with bpcl fincisee very bad exprience if no one taking action to deliver the refile gas bottle i want to write the situatuion to higher authortty til pm, and see what happen

every month i have to go on giving complains
this looks very insulting for me as well as the company firm why the delay accurs I have booked the refilling cylinder on 02.11.2007 till know no result of changing
but in turn the same gas is sold on block of Rs 500.00 or 60 Rs kg at frazer town the question is do the inspectors realy check the agent.
suggesion : why not the 10 customer of the agent nominate for inspection of the same and a detail report form the customer can be taken as feed back for the permentent abloish cutthrought blockers
and a great relif of our poorclass familys of maintaining our livehood
