We are facing lots of problems several times with bharat gas (anita Gas Agency, Virar (west) 401 303

First of all they have 14 phone lines which is aiways busy.

My consumer no is 101684 our Booking no.10089 we had booked our cylinder on 08/04/2012 but till now (22/04/2012) I have not received the gas. .I approached personaly & telephonicaly but behaviour is not positive s he always reply to supply the cylender tomorrow or day after tomorrow. we are facing this problem.

Please take this complaint very seriously and request you to take action on those people.

my bharatgas consumer no is AG4366, registered with M/s Anand Gas Service, Kurla (w), Mumbai 400070. i have booked refill cylinder on 16/4/2012, having order no 270. I got answer i will get the cylinder within 3/4 days, but till date 24/12/2012 not received. i made 55 attempts to book the cylinder on there landline no [protected]/2748.there should be some check on them that how many refill orders have been cleared through out the day.
