[Resolved]  Bharat Gas LPG — Bookings problem

I have tried number of times to book for refill cylinder through Sri Munusamy Gas Agency from 11.2.2008. Since I could not get their telephone numbers I have made booking online through the www.ebharatgas.com website on 12.2.2008. Since I have not received the refill cylinder, I have made a call through IVRS Telephone No.12644 on 27.2.2008 and ordered booking. When I have called the gas agency they have informed me that their internet got restored only from 20.2.2008 and that my order for refill booking will be taken into account only from 27.2.2008. Now my gas cylinder is ready for refill and today I have tried to book for refill. I was told that since the booking has been made on 27.2.2008, I will have to wait till 21 days from this date. I used to book for refill cylinder immediately after the existing cylinder got exhausted and if I will have to now wait till 21 days, there will be definitely a delay for me in receipt of new cylinder and this problem should be addressed to immediately and redressal rendered. I am now constrained to take up the matter with the Consumer Forum.

I booked a refill cylinder on 18.11.2009 over phone. My consumer no. is 4397 under M/s Pankaj Gas Service, U Block, Mangol Puri, Delhi-110083 but till date I have not been delivered the same. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
Delay in delivery of LPG cylinder & very poor service and misbehaving
I am really fed up with the poor service of M/s Manglam Gas Service, Near Rly. Station, Sardarshahr - Distt- Churu Rajasthan -331403. Dealer of Bharat Gas My consumer No. is 17296. I have a Single Gas Cylinder of LPG for home consumption on[protected] but till yet we have not received any Cylinder as Double DBC Conncection. we approaced more than 5 times personally, all the time they said it would be not able or no Extra Cylinder in stock. So we have left no option rather thinking of switching to another gas company.
problem on booking of gas cylinder because of not responding of phone no.
bharat gas is not accetping our consumer number
BPCL need to improve their service. They says" customer first" but no where seen in letter and spirit. Hope Sr. management look into this and ensure that these things can be dealt through online mechanism only.

I am sure BPCL will not allow to tarnish its image by not listening to the customers and allow dealers to do what want to do?
I am Padmavathi W/o.R.Narayanan My.Gas cons.No7207 living in Villivakkam Chennai-49, Tamilnadu I have booked for the Refill cylinder vide waiting list no.18220 dt.29/10/10.at N.K.Enterprises Peravallur Chennai.but till date I have not been delivered the same.since My last booking was 25th Sep'10 but i got the supply after 30 days only.Every time The Agent's Customer care /Booking people tell the old sterotypic stories that they are not getting the supply from BPCl.After hardchase then only we can have the chance to get their Telephone lines but we are not getting any fruitful reply.hence we request you to do the needful at the earliest.

I am Tushar Kanti Bhakta at 1/8, jadavgarh, Haltu, Kasba, Kolkata – 700078. Consumer of BHARAT GAS (Banani Distributor, 14, Suren Tagore Road, Kolkata -700019, phone number[protected], 65677365. Vat number is [protected]), my consumer number is – N 6513, (My last delivery date is 20/08/2010) I booked a cylinder on 29/09/2010 (42 days ago) and booking number is- 011, “they told me within 10 days we will delivered your cylinder” but they can’t deliver till today. I called 10-15 time, and go to distributor office 2 time always they reply me we have delivered today and you will get it. But till now I can’t get my cylinder. Now my other cylinder already empty. They can’t book in this time other cylinder. In this time what can I do? I am an old man (81 years) please Tell me what can I do?
