[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — delay in delivery of lpg gas

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 12318 in the name of Haji Nisar Mohd. on dt.29/06/2010 but till today on 20.07.2010 have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor Sai Gas Agency Rajmohala Indore, I came to know that this agency sell gas in the black market. In this area, many of the customers are complaining about this. They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. Till date I have not got the cylinder. There is always shortage of gas in this area becuase of this. nobody is here to check up this matter.
I request to you look into this matter and solve this with emmediate effect.Kindly help me as soon as possible.

I have booked refill (Con no 18384) of Bharath Gas from Manav Enterprise on May 28th 2010 today is 27th July 10 I have not received the gas.Have to call more than 50 times to get connected [protected].Every day they inform like today which is not yet come till 2 months.Bharath gas Authorities please look in to this quality of Service.Refill dates you can say while booking and please stick to that which will help and attract beleif for customer.

you have to understand the cooking gas is mandatory for every day life .

please monitor the bad service by Manav enterprise.

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 29555 in the name of B. Dinakara Adiga on dt. 05/07/2010 but till today on 27.07.2010 we have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor Garagatte Gas Agency, Deshpande Nagar, Hubli, Karnataka. When I asked in the mean time, they are in a careless attitude. They say that they don't have the cylinder stock. When i asked them that when could I have the cylinder, they say still they can't give the time of dispatch. Till date there is no sign of the cylinder. Please advice whats the next step and what are the rules that they should follow ?

I am also facing the same problem, have applied for 2nd cylinder 6 time in a month but we didnt get any respose form them..When i try to contact them again, then they said we didnt get any call from your home.
The agency name is ( ALOK GAS SERVICE CODE NO. CC[protected] THANA ROAD NAJAFGARH)
Mostly there no. are not reachable, if by mistaken you are able to connect the line but again you ahve to face new poblem .. i.e is no body is going to pick your cal, ,

Even i am not sure that this consumer compalint will help us regarding in all this

Acc to me, these people are forcing us to buy cylinder in black. If you call those person they will come down to your home immidiately...

sir, i had booked for refilling of cylinder on 24/07/10.My consumer no is 21861. & the agent is BANU GAS AGENCY AT MADURAVOYAL.I am a doctor & every month when the cylinder is empty it is a gret ordeal for me to get a refill cylinder.I have to make many calls to book a cylinder.noone lifts up the phone & even if they attend they are very rude.My mom gets cylinder from indane & she faces no problem with them.They deliver the refill in 48 to 72 hours.as we are working & have more stress at work can u kindly look into this matter & ensure they deliver hthe cylinder on time.

Bharat Gas — Irritating response

we had booked for cylinder on 26/07/2010. for home delivery.they said we will send with in 7 days .but till now they didn't send.In between these days we are calling them and going and asking.they are not responding .daily those people are saying like we will send tomarrow................
Its going on from 4days.we are getting irritation about this services.so we want to cancel this connection.
My intention giving complaint is you may take action on that agency (BANGARU SAI ENTERPRISES CC661818,KPHB,HYDERABAD).so that other customer may not face this problem.

i have booked for cooking gas cylender(consumer no.13129) to the dealer of Bharat Gas M/s friends gas Service address at B-4, bharat Nagar, New Delhi on 27.07.2010 vide our booking No.2216142 from my Mobile No.[protected] which is registered with bharat gas but till date gas not delivered and they told me as per our record no cylender is booked for this consumer number, so it is adviced to fresh book your cylender and will be delivered shortly, sir thei type of happning i am facing last one year.so kindly do the needfull as earliest.

Our Agency is Prateek Agencies distributors of Bharat Gas. Banaswadi Main Road, Bengaluru - 560043 My con. No.589 / Gunashaker. I am holding only one cylinger. Second cylinder I have to get but he is forcing me purchase other things appart from second cylinger almost equal to new connection including gas stove.
Whenever I book for refill cylinger they are taking 15 plus days.

He is telling that its from bharat gas compulsory items that you have to buy and( providing the bill of M/s. Chetan Enterprises), otherwise I will not give the other cylinder.

we are lot of problems in getting lpg refills from m/s basaveshwara bharath gas agency, gandhinagar, yelahanka-126913.whenever booking for supply of refill is placed, we have experienced very irregular supply/undue delay from the said dealer.it is almost spell of 20 days since we booked our refill, we are yet to be supplied with the same.please take appropriate measure in supply of the refill and initiate action against the concerned to avoid such recurrence in future.

Madangiri) before 17 days but till today on 25.08.2010 have not recieved the cylinder yet. Today i again book my gas cylinder. I have been calling again & again the distributor EMINENT COMPUTERS PVT LTD s, [Code No. 146151]. I came to know that this agency sell gas in the black market. In this area, many of the customers are complaining about this. They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. Till date I have not got the cylinder. There is always shortage of gas in this area becuase of this. nobody is here to check up this matter.
I request to you look into this matter and solve this with emmediate effect as well as refill my gas.Kindly help me as soon as possible. I am totally frustrated from the delay supply of this gas agency. Plz check my refill status in their computer records. By their computer record they deliver my gas but in reality they didn't deliver. What i do plz check their [censored] booking and take action against them.

the distributor hardly recieves calls working time on the reciept is written from 8.00 am to 7.00pm without any lunch time clearly then too no answers. no delivery of gas cylinder within a week its every time that i have to go there at his office and exchange my empty cylinder there. inspite of having double gas cylinder connection i always face problem. on complainting them for empty cylinder n requesting for the next they give reticent answers and start abusing coz we don't know their language(kannada). its not only me but all the other face the same from these guys. even on online booking or sms booking i have to face the same .

Bharat Gas / LPG cylinder — Delivery delay every time

I am satish from ballabhgarh, we have received LPG gas from Vinod Gas Agency, Chawla Colony Ballabhgarh, every time they deliver the gas after 7-10 days after minimum 10 times follow ups ( they told me aaj aa jayga-kal aa jayega) so please take necessary action against this delay.
