I have been calling the distributor Shri Krishna Gas Service , Mayur Vihar,Mathura Staff of the Shri Krishna Gas Service saying that after 1-2 days they will despatch us. Please N.A. action .

booked gas on 11.9.2010 at shamji ent. phone [protected]. not delivered till today i.e 18.9.2010, despite numerous calls.on calling at agency the staff is bad mouthed and diconnects the phone.one pankaj lifts the phone.

I HAVE LPG CONSUMER NO 4719 WITH SUNDEEP GAS SERVICES, SHOP NO 13, NEAR AMRITSAR INTERNATIONAL HOTEL, OPPOSITE BUS STAND AT AMRITSAR.
I HAVE PERSONALLY BOOKED FOR LPG CYLINDER ON 1-9-2010 VIDE THERE ENTRY 6 OF SAID DATE. TILL DATE THE REQUIRED CYLINDER IS NOT DELIVERED. ON OUR REPETED REQUESTS AND PERSONAL VISITS WE ARE GETTING VERY BAD BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF OF THE GAS AGENCY.

I am retired employee of Bharat Petrolium (Bashir Ahmed, Emp. ID 1840). I booked my gas cylinder on dated 26/08/10 at EMINENT COMPUTER PVT LTD.(Delhi) Cons. No.16943 but till date (18/09/10) i am not getting my cylinder. When i enquiry my cylinder they told me that it is delivered on dated 31/08/10 but i not got this cylinder till now. pls enquire the matter and take appropriate action.

Dear sir,

This is Ashwani Mehra my Gas connection number is LA916, agency name is La Flame Enterprises & connection is on my father's name (Late Chanan Ram).

I have been calling to La Flame Enterprises since[protected], their phone number is[protected] & other numbers also; but their phones are going busy. This is not the first time, . It is their regular response I am getting from the agency. I've been making calls but they did not receive any call till the time. Sometimes they pick the phone & put it down on hold & didn't give any response. I heard that they were wasting their time on making jokes & not doing their job properly. As customers are suffering too much.
Kindly help me as soon as possible.

The phone number is either busy or they dnt pick up the phone for gas booking
I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no.125 in the name of satnam singh on dt. 20/09.2010 but till today on 22/09/2010 have not recieved the cylinder yet. i have been calling the distributor jagadamba gass buria chonk jagadhri, Haryana but they not attend phone calls.This probleme is created every month and every month delay my gass cylender. Please take action and solved my probleme witch is created every month.

This is my complait to you for your delear Khera Gas services, Roshanara Road, Delhi-110007, This dealer is doing black of your gas cylinder and i have the sting veido of the same, if i release the veido to press they guys get in trouble and it insult you company too.Your dealer is not deliver the cylinder in time, and release the issue slip on exact date and put the slip long in their office, when customer go to the office they said that your booking is not their or, pls take the slip and take the cylinder from your godown, I am not that kind of customer who release the veido to the press, but still pls response me on my mail id on [protected]@rediffmail.com

Sub: Complaint for Nihal Gas Service


dear sir/madam,
I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no.20968 in the name of Mr.Mukesh Kumar on date[protected] but till today[protected] have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor
Nihal Gas Agency, 149, Pocket D, mayur vihar, Phase-2, PH[protected] . I had complained three to four times within a months but there is no response from agency side.Even they said, "if the cylinder is not delivered its not their duty, this is the responsibility of the delivery man.We are here to book your gas not to deliver".What is this, i mean, they dont know exactlly what their duty is.They dont attend their customers properly.Many times we are not done, they cut the phone line.

Sir/Madam please take some action regarding this as soon as possible. Please Sir/Madam we are suffering a lot.

i had booked for the refilling of lpg cylinder on 18/09/10,consumer no-5331,modern
enterprises(BHARAT GAS),deoghar,jharkhand.but till date they not deliverd,and it
delay by 15-20 days.it is very very dificult for me.every month problem for me because of lpg gas.they are extremly rude and show careless attitude.

Bharat Gas — too much delay in delivering LPG

we are having a gas consumer no 6930 in the name of Ramesh Kumar of bharat gas from distributer priyanka gas, hamilton road, kashmir igate, delhi.
we have booked a LPG cylinder on 7th sep 2010 and booking no is 61 but even till 27th sep we have not received the cylinder and this practice is every time, every month. this agency is not giving the cylinder delivery before 1 to 1.1/2 month.
We are residing in civillines delhi .pl tell us a way out of this regular problem.

Dear sir,

This is Mohammad Vaseem my Consumer number is 150768, agency name is Anand Gas Agency. I have been calling to Anand Agency since 24/09/2010, their phone numbers are 26502748, 26500294, but their phones are going busy or no answering. This is not the first time, . It is their regular response I am getting from the agency. I personally visited the agency dated 28/09/2010 and they have given me booking no.54, but I did not receive any positive response till the time. One more thing I would like to brink in focus that employee MR. SYAM of agency did not mention the date on which we register our booking, they update the register booking list when the delivery is made.
Kindly help me as soon as possible.

I, RAJESH KUMAR CONSUMER NO 3749 DOMESTIC of st no.2 GIDDARBAHA PUNJAB MOB, [protected] : AGAINST M/S PREET GAS SERVICE GIDDARBAHA.[protected] I booked CPB DT 20 sep 2010--but they are not oroviding cyllander update. INSPITE OF Call has been made to the bombay office, no responce by bombay office nor by bathina office --only for the delivery of cyll. at home.Ilaid in rest due to accident.please see the matter and do needful.We usually says, INDIA IS GREAT--- but nowdays MOST OF THE THINGS ARE LUSE.The blackmail cyll. is easjly available in market after paying double amount.The layman stands inthe rows from very morning till night.the distribution centre toto delivery is 3-4 km from the locality.thanks.
what kind of answer you all are trying to get as per my knowledge there is nobody to leasson you. So please dont bother. this is the indian agencies policy.

I would like to complain against the delay in receiving the gas cylinder, it generally takes 7-10 days
from booking of gas refill, many times when I asks for how long it will take to deliver they said 4-5 days,
but it takes 7-10 days in delivery from booking. Moreover, I have to make a call to delivery boy
for receiving the cylinder and he tells to deliver the gas in coming days.
Please look into this matter and do needful as I am facing problem due to this.

Bharat Gas — Too Delay in Delivery

My self Narinder Dhingra booked my Cylinder dated on 21-09-10, and got a booking No. 11 and consumer No. is 12229 with a commitment for 5 days delivery. But still we did not received this delivery. After Number of calls there is no response from customer care, even these days customer care is not even bothered to attend the calls. Could you give me an Idea is these type of services we will get from your esteemed group.

I want to bring in your kind notice that this is not first time we are facing this problem number of times. At last I got your website to make a noise, so with a great hope I am requesting you for better services ASAP.

Quick step will be highly appreciable. Kindly look in this matter.

Sub: Irregularity of home delivery services by the National Gas Service, Hisar
Dear Sir
With due respect to say that Bharat Gas claims to deliver the gas cylinder to its consumer within 24 hours of booking. I am LPG costumer (consumer No-4180) of your organization through National Gas Service, Red Square Market, Hisar since 1989. The home delivery services by the agency are not good even after booking of the gas. The agency takes 20 to 25 days normally (it is rule of the company told by the person of agency), even some time more than month. I had booked my gas under home delivery service on dated 30.08.2010 and booking number was 61(told by the dealing person of agency). The delivery has not taken place despite our daily reminders till date today.
I personally contacted to gas agency on dated 28.09.2010 regarding the supply of gas cylinder. The dealing person informed that the gas cylinder may arrive before today evening, but till date, the agency failed to supply me a gas cylinder even after 35days. The agency charged home delivery charges also even after taking gas cylinder from godown. This is the regular habit of the agency to collect these charges even if the cylinder is not supplied at home. Therefore you are kindly requested to look into the matter so that agency could supply gas cylinder within the time from the booking date.

hey seriously living in bangalore has become so tough so much corruption, i also booked gas on[protected] and today is[protected] still i didnt get my gas .i have been calling on this bhavani bharat gas distributer, muneshwara farm, pantharapalya off -ring road, mysore road, bangalore-39 and my consumer id is 17515.since that date but daily they say today will come definitely but waste of calling there .and i recently shifted from delhi to this hilarious city bangalore .every time they come for delivery they ask for delivery charges what the hell is this .if we say no so directly they start shouting and say we will not deliver gas next time and you will be in trouble why is this so in bangalore only in delhi nothing like this why people simply fullfill their demand and i feel its cheating with people but cant see any other way so helpless .where can we complaint about them .can any one guide me please??????????????
Some 3-4 days back i had given coplaint through this platform for not getting cylinder when booked on 9-9-2010. the company was also not giving waiting list no. my con. no is 1007 and gas agency is VISWANATH GAS AGENCY S. B. ROAD PUNE 411016. WHENEVER I ASKED FOR WT. LIST NO. THEY USE TO SAY TODAY WE WILL BE GIVING BUT THERE GIVES.Then i tried through an organisation HELP LINE which was working for senior citizen. Surprisingly i got cylinder on the same day when i had contacted them. They have immediately taken my complaint and contacted gas agent who immediately delievered. The further surprise is company has not booked my gas waiting no. at all. ----v.v.Gulavani
