Mamta Arya on dt. 01/3/2010 and booking no.202 but till today on 31/3/2010 I have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor Shri Krishna Gas Service , Mayur Vihar,Mathura Staff of the Shri Krishna Gas Service saying that after 1-2 days they will despatch us. Please N.A. action .

I am consumer bearing No 25589 with M/S TIRUMALA ENTERPRISES

I have two gas cylinders at my disposal, In spite having two cylinders and I am availing only one in a month, and the rude behavior of the agency is shocking. I am facing serious problem ad hope you send the gas at the earliest.Moreover I would like to clarify whether I am entitled to use the cylinders in a month. I was told that I will get 6 cylinders in a years which alarming. I will have to pay Rs.940/per cylinder. please clarify.
Hope you would look into the matter seriously.

I booked for the LPG Cylinder through the mobile phone on 21/09/2012 and received the token number on my mobile phone is[protected] order number in the Bill is 235168).After 25 days the cylinder was delivered to my residence on 16/10/2012. When I Checked the bill it was found that the date printed on the bill date is 08/10/2012. It was 8 days difference in the Bill date and the supply of the cylinder to my residence. It was very clear that the Distributor/Person who entrusted to supply the cylinder deliberately delayed the delivery of the cylinder.

My wife and me are employees in Government Services, We totally depends on LPG for daily cooking. Delay in supply the LPG Cylinder in time caused many hardsiphs to our daily cooking and also to our family life.

For the past 12 years the LPG Cylinder delivered in the same address and also in the same house number. Hence there is no chance for identifying the address. Hence I
request your good office take mandatory and stringent action to those responsible to delay the supply of LPG cylinder in time.

Dear sir / madam,

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 968 in the name of sh MAHESH CHANDER VIG on dt. 08/10/2012 but till today on 01.11.2012 I have not received the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor HAPPY HOME GAS SERVICE, [Code No. 113490], UPPER BAZAR, MODINAGAR. I came to know that this agency sell gas in the black market. In this area, many of the customers are complaining about this. They are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. Till date I have not got the cylinder. There is always shortage of gas in this area because of this. nobody is here to check up this matter. and this is third complaint against this and people hare have three four connetion on same address and they do black marketing of LPG cylinder and agency will also help those people .
I request to you look into this matter and solve this with emmediate effect.Kindly help me as soon as possible.

My Customer No is 29247. I am a Customer of Chennai City.
I gave a booking on 25.09.12. through SMS. My Booking Reference no is 26701210. till dateI have nor received my LPG cylinder.
Tthis is not first time delay. Almost every time I am facing this problem. The dealer gave three Phone Nos. and not a single one is attended by them. It is ether engage ( when some one else is calling ) or it is ringing without getting attention of the dealer. I am giving all the phone nos. for your ready reference. You can also try from your end to authenticate my statement. Nos are 044 – 24866545, 24865399, 24864555.

However, at this point I am literally suffering and siking your help to get my LPG cylinder.

Please help me.

I am a Bank officer due to my transfer from mumbai to kanpur, after complying all formalities for the transfer of connection from mumbai to Kanpur and the trasfer letter issue by the agency on 28.12.2011. After that, I approach with a nearby gas agency in Kanpur(i. e. Bhawani gas service, 2A/244 Azad Nagar Kanpur) several time i contact to the aforesaid agency but they have not give any positive response. in this circumstances i suffering to not delever the gas services.

Therefore i requested please registered my complained and take appropriate action against the aforesaid gas agency otherwise i approach to the consumer forum. you are sole responsible to the misbehavior of your agency.

I have booked for a new LPG connection in Gurgaon. I applied online and my Wait list ID is 20205.
I west to Shanti gas agency(Bharat gas distributor) in gurgaon, haryana and asked for a new connection.

Shanti gas agency told for a new connection i have to pay around 5200 for 1 cylinder and 7500 for two cylinders whiCh is fully unsubsidized. It means i have to refill cylinder at the rate of 850/Cylinder.
He told that subsidized new connection is not available.

Pl investigate this issue.

my first cylinder delivery was on 14/09/2012.i have customer copy.

my second cylinder delivery was on 20/10/2012.i have customer copy.delivery boy shiva has made entry in my booklet

my third cylinder on 14/12/2012 i did not take delivery.i sent it back immediately because i was told this is fourth cylinder, nonsubsidized.on the portal it is showing that i have taken third cylinder on 16/11/2012.this is false, incorrect.i have not taken any cylinder on that date .how has such an entry come.i dont know.

please kindly look into the matter and tell me how to further proceed with my complaint.how i will get my third subsidized cylinder, and when.if today this can happen with one cylider then tomorrow this will happen with all six cylinders, if today i have been victimised then tomorrow many more people will be made victims.in times of such high inflation it is not possible to tolerate and live with such loopholes and fraud

I had applied for a new gas connection on 30 November 2012 . it took 2 months to clear waiting online. i live in aditya park, hari om nagar that is in mulund east (mumbai) and i had submited my papers in sai baba gas agency that is in thane east as this agency supplies service to our area. when finally my no. came i got sms on 2nd Feb to submit my papers to gas distributor agency in mulund - prasan gas co... as a result i went to sai baba agency and told them to give my papers back. then i went to prasan gas company to submit my papers. there they refused to submit the papers as my home is not within there service area .but the staff was helpful and made some alteration online on the site and informed me that now thane east branch would accept my registration. they told its the mistake of sai baba agency and there staff should have checked this online and made alteration there and it would have taken hardly a minute to them. then again i went to sai baba agency to submit my papers back but inspite of doing that there staff told me to fill a new form again online for a new connection with changed address . and when again my no. comes i should submit the papers . when i requested her to check it online, the staff of other gas agency had added our area to there agency then she payed a little effort and submited my papers after checking online.
the staff sitting in thane east branch of bharat gas agency (sai baba) is so inefficient and inspite of doing a bit of work and solving the problems the keep sending u back again and again for such petty reasons..

kindly employ some efficient staff in your sai baba agency of thane east please.
