[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — delay in delivery of lpg gas

Mamta Arya on dt. 01/3/2010 and booking no.202 but till today on 31/3/2010 I have not recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor Shri Krishna Gas Service , Mayur Vihar,Mathura Staff of the Shri Krishna Gas Service saying that after 1-2 days they will despatch us. Please N.A. action .

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter is utter distress. I am not used to complaining, but have been left with no other choice.
I am a resident of Skyline Oasis, Link road, Behind Gawade Petrol Pump, Chinchwad, Pune 33.
I booked a gas cylinder at your office on the 18th of August. The voice on the phone was of a lady, probably your reception/ management staff.
My consumer number is 62211, and I was told that we would get the gas after 10 days .
As the gas was not forthcoming, we called again on the 28th of August.
We then got a call from the delivery boy asking for the address of the house. It was quite a surprise as we have already received gas at the address. Thinking the boy must be new, we told him the detailed address and waited for him to arrive. Unexpectedly, he did not arrive
We then called Raka Gas service, Chinchwad and gave them the correct address again and informed them about the call from the delivery boy. “We have no stock”- was the stock answer but we were reassured [ ladies voice again] that we would receive it the next day. Since it did not arrive we called up again and gave the correct address again. We were told that we would receive it the same day.
ARE WE JUSTIFIED IN THINKING THAT THE GAS IS BEING SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE—I THINK SO, or else what could be the reason ?

Finally on Saturday the 5th of September we were told it would come . Nothing has happened presumably and today is the 7th of September.
If this is the state of affairs of an educated doctor practicing in the area for over 30 yrs, Woe betide any other person who dares to ask for a cylinder with the Gas agency in mention
We now write this letter in through disgust as we have no other option
Getting Raka Gas agencies land line is a very difficult task and cannot be done by any person who is hard pressed for time. I guess this can be expected as the voices that talk to you from the Gas agency end are very uninterested in what you are saying, and are ‘curt’ to say the least.
Please solve my problem forthwith, otherwise you will pain me to take further action.

After trying a lot on telephone, I issued a letter on[protected] to book and supply gas. On 3.9.2009 I reminded and staff told that gas will be supplied by 5th . On 7.9.2009 again I remined that gas is still not supplied. The staff told that the booking was made on 3.9.2009 and will be supplied by 8th.Till date gas cylinder is not supplied.

As I have only one gas connection. What is to be done if gas is finished. I am feeling a lot of problem.
This happens several times for delay in supply .

My connection No.M-13217 with M/s Madhav Gas Agency of Distt. Aligarh (UP). I had booked refilling of cylinder on 03.09.2009 but till date nohting has been heard. On enquiry, it was told today that in the area I am resident of, supply is provided only after 18 days but in others the supply is instantly made available or within 3 days of the booking. Kindly do the needful. The immediate preceding delivery of refilled cylinder was given to me on 28/07/2009. Even after more than45 days, I have not been supplied refilled cylinder.

We have a bharatgas connection in SADATPUR trans yamuna, the employees are here are very lazy
they do not pick our call when we try to book our sylander, they have 2 telephone numbers but the one number one of them is always dead, the bell on phone goes for very long time but they do not pick call.

Dear sirmadam,

My id number is 14428 registered in the name of "DRAUPADI KHMEKA".
I had booked a cylinder on 27.08.09 and whenever i am calling the
agency iam being summoned that the cylinder will be delivered within a
day. Today is 21.09.09. and i do not have a gas in my house today.
will you pay me of the restaurants food for another 10 days. Also
when i went to the agency i found all the three women chit chating with
their friends on the line. They didn't even bother o[censored]s, we were the only
ones in the shop. When we asked them that when they were going to
deliver the gas they told within a day. then i told that for the last 15 days
you have been telling the same. They didnt even bother and again
started talking on the line.

Iam from Coimbatore (saibaba colony). The lady who didnt even respond
to us was m/s praveena. She did not give the helpline number too.

Please take harsh steps and if this is the situation i don't think that anyone would prefer bharat gas. What i think is that she has sold the cylinder
to someone else.If possible mail me the agency number of some higher authority.

I am from Hyderabad & my consumer id no is 32526 which is registered in SAI PRIYA AGENCIES BOLARUM Hydrabad..
I have booked for refill on 30-August-2009 and till now (27-Sptember-09) we haven"t recieved the cylinder yet. I have been calling the distributor Sai Priya agencies.Once they told me your cylender has come back.My mother is old and we never go out.They told me they will send me that was last week.But till now not received the cylinder
I request to you look into this matter and solve this with emmediate effect.Kindly help me as soon as possible.

Dear sir, I have also facing the same problem I booked for refilling on 04-09-09 but still waiting for the same. I got my last refill on 10-07-09. everytime when I contacted Ms Rastriya Gas Seva Naraingarh(Ambala).a subsidery of Bharat Gas. They told me, refill would be booked after 20 days of last delivery .When I contacted after 20 days they said you have not booked your cylider for refilling. They have followed same practice again & again till date .so please take apropriate action &make gas available to me

Now we are cooking by using kerosene stove because we are having one cylinder only.Due to this, we are suffering lot mentally and economically.This type of bad and poor service is giving by bharat gas agencies.
And On seeing the bill, the bill date is different from the date of delivery.The difference is more than 10 days usually.The delivery man also not entered anything in the gas card.
We request bharat gas to take necessary actions to improve your service.

I had Booked (on internet, booking order no 359527 dated 30.09.2009) for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no.6811with OORJA GAS AGENCIES New Delhi 110044 in the name of Sangeeta singh but till today on 10.10.2009 have not recieved the cylinder yet.
I have my gas cylinder connection with Ramchandra Gas agency, Ashokvan, Dahisar. consumer no is 1014554. Would like to complaint that out of 3 landlines none are answered it either comes busy all the time and when it is ringing no one picks it up. I have to lodge the complaint that there is leakage of the gas from regulator but no one there to attend the call if anything happens who will be Responsible??????
since 5 months i have been going to S.R.Enterprises[protected], Mir Abu Saleh Road, GAYA, for transfer of gas connection to gaziabad. earlier 2-3 times, there was no prerson who deals transfer case, later they start saying that our computer person is not available.one day i met director of S.R.Entp., she told that my work will given top priority.but to amazement no work has been done. she has given me her mobile no., but to find it all time switch off only.please give the mobile no. of officer who deals complain and grievences of consumer in gaya(bihar).please do the needful.

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas under M/s Pankaj Gas Service, U Block, Mangol Puri, Delhi and my connection no. is 4397. I had booked for refill on Tuesday the 6th October 2009 over phone which was booked manually as the computer at that time was not working due to no power supply and I was told that I would be sent within 06 days. Till date I have not received my refill cylinder.
