[Resolved]  Bharat Gas Naigaon West (Thane Mumbai) — Not giving me new connection

Hi Sir/Madam,
Now i am going to sift in NAIGAON mumbai. i am demanding for new connection
to your dealer of NAIGAON west. He was saying he will give me when i am purchge
gas stove from it. and he was demanding for whole conection 3800. why should
i buy gas stove from him. i am free to purchge it from any where the market.
He was telling its new Bharat Gas rule. then i say him just write on your pad paper
and give it to me, then he start abusing me. He misbehaving me also. what
shold we do. its after all your compny loss. so when u giving your delership
that time you have to warn them how to behave to your valuable coustomer.
i am looking for positive action from your side.
so as soon as possible solve this matter.

hello I am Pradip Patel from Vasai Road I have bought new connection from a dealer of Bharat Gas before three months now i am in need of extra sillinder and i am requesting from two months for extra sillinder, whenever i request he asks me to call after 15 days and last time i have talk with them on 14th march and they asked me to call on march end so please pay attention on the problames suffered by consumers and when we call for refil of the silinder they do not provide the service urgently and we have to pay extra money for urgent sillinder.
please pay attention as early as possible.

I agree to what Mr. Prabhakar Singh, is saying. Even I visited Bharat Gas office for new connection & enquired for the same. They quotated me Rs. 6, 800/- for new connection along with entire kit. When I stated I dont want the said kit but only conection, they stated approval from company should be taken. I requested her to take approval & let me know or else inform me the procedure. But, the lady sitting on counter was so rude that she raised her voice & stated "Go search for your own how to take the approval." Then I also raised my voice & stated that why she is employed by the company? To treat customers like this? I also added, if she does not know procedure then arrange for the same & let me know. However, she added excuse stating I'm new & hence do not know...

If these kind of employee's are kept by Bharat Gas, I doubt company will survive...!!!


Hence, now I'm trying for HP Gas Connection...

Yes Mr. Prabhakar and Ms. Kanchan Gupta have said rightly the lady is so rude and she don't know how to behave. Have applied for new connection and also received approval message from BPCL. SMS is saying that if you not contacted your nearest distributor within 15 days the registration will not be applicable.

Have contacted within 7 days but she said our engineer will come and check your stove and thereafter we will give you the approval for connection. It is more than 15days but no engineer has come for the checking and when I asked her about the same she told me, I am working here, I know what to do. Will contact you. Don't know when will get the same. I think I Should move to HP.

But the action should be taken against Naigaon west distributor, otherwise you will loose the customer and in turn the business.
