[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Late Delivery

Dear Sir,

When I ask them how many time to receive a cylinder, they replay me if a new conection - 7days
and old conection we are not give time.

Is it right answer ?

Bharat Gas Agency — Late delivery and wrong commitment

Vighnahar GAS Agency Koperkher-: For this agency I can say that everytime they give you a wrong Commitment for the delivery and after booking its always take more then 5 days to deliver the LPG and that also after a regular follow up. Whenever you call to their number everytime they commit that by today evening they are going to deliver.

No trust on their communition once you booked your number then just forget for 5 days even no use of regular follow up also.

Hello, i am in mira road ( east ) Mumbai, i have Bharat Gas connection, it almost 15 days i still not getting my cylender (refill), in mira road, every time you call, no body pickup the phone.
it's just ringing & ringing no buddy picking, then we have to go in the agency & tell theme the problem or booked the cylender. today from 11 am i am trying to connect the agency through the telephone but it's ringing & ringing. they gave me 3 lines to booked the cylender.

I am very much frustrating with your Booking & delivery services.
I had booked my Gas on 22nd of the June 2010. But i haven't yet got my refill Gas. This is not a First time, So many times.

When, I go to your Vijay Gas Agency Code no 113597. They told me that you haven’t booked your Gas.

How this is possible. I have a recorded message of booking when I booked.

I booked from your through Internet and also booked by SMS on 26 June at morning time.

I can't understand that this is your services. Today is 3rd July

So tell me what I do. I am very much frustrated right now.

So, tell me where I go for this problem.

i booked my cylinder on 13/07/2010 & yesterday i recive my cylinder . between 22 july to 30 july i daily visit to agency & dailly thay said today you get delivery . i am working woman i can't get leave for cylinder ?. for that last full week i stay at home . please do somthing if you cant deliverd on time that next booking also be late & than we have to more money & get cylinder in black.
tirupati gas service is worst agnency i seen in my life. 1st they not recive call or bychance any one atten call then they talk like we are some bagger who demand for cylinder & they are not in mood to talk with us.

I am consumer of Surya gas agency Sipri bazar jhansi. My consumer no is 20454. I have booked my refill on 18.7.2010 and reminded to distributor so many times personally but nothing has been heard and till today I have not received my refill while booking after 18.7.2010 has been cleared. Distirbutor making money by supplying cylinder to unauthorised person while genuine consumer facing problem in getting refill. Previously I have also suffered same type of problem.

I had booked for a cylinder on 16-09-10 Its more than 5 days, I have a single cylinder and have not yet received the cylinder. I am using a single cylinder for more than 3 to 4 months, Please check the details my consumer no. 50771.Till date made more than 15 calls to the M/S Excel Gas service (Bharat Gas) Juinagar, Navi-Mumbai. I am always facing this type of problem so you are Kindly requested to look after this matter.

I am using Bharat Gas connection since 1999.
IInitially the service was good. Now, year by year they become worse. No proper delivery. Always 15 days and above to deliver the gas from the date of booking. Firstly, for booking itself the consumers are put in trouble. Usually, I try for 3-4 days continuously to get them on phone to book my gas. from that they will take 15 & more days to deliver the gas. No proper answer to a consumer.
Even after booking 2 weeks it is not delivered the cylinder and getting most disappointing feedback from Gas agency (Jyoti gas,Tripunithura) and the delivery agent (Mr. Gagan).

Till date i made several phone calls to the THALIADAN GAS AGENCY,Ottapalam,Palakkad, Ketala( and reminded them.Its of no use when ever i make calls , i am getting the answer " it will be delivered to you by two or three days later" but they are not delivered.So we request you to take immediate action to solve the problem.

I had booked for a cylinder on 08.10.2010 . Its more than 45 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made several phone calls to the Thaliadan Gas Agency, OTTAPALAM, PALAKAD, KERALA (C C No.114648 ) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by two or three days later but they are not delivered.So we request you to take immediate action to solve the problem.

I booked my cylinder on 22.10.10 through my mobile. To-day I confirmed from the agency M/s. Khera Gas Agency, Roshanara Road, Delhi, who informed me that your gas connection No.20710 was booked on 22.10.10 but delivery of cylinder will took more than 10 days. Why it so? Is there shortage of Cylinder or delay on the part of the agency and why? No satisfactory reply received frin the agency why?

i had booked a gas cylinder for refilling on 21st sept 2010 but i hav not been supplied the gas till date.
i hav made so many phone calls on the prescribed phone no. ([protected]) & they say they would supply the gas tomorrow but tomorrow has not come till date & nw they are not recieving the telephone calls also kindly take stern actions against the agency so that the agency could supply refilling well in time.My both cylinders are lieng empty & I am facing lot of difficulties.

I had booked for a cylinder on 10.10.2010 . Its more than 20 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 20 calls to the MADAM gas agency DISTRIBUTOR CODE-611820 and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not's very important that i had booked after exactly 4 months.. I am having two cylinders and paid money for them. What's the purpose in keeping two cylinders if they can't deliver on's really disgusting ..i'm very much frustrated with the way of agency response to the's not only my's of other customers also...they speak very rude with me wn ever i cal to them... The distributor is making most of his money from this illegal distribution. Not by delivering to the legal persons on time..& also agency has the responsibality to deliver the gas to the doors...

I had booked for a cylinder on 12.11.2010. It's more than 15 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 15 calls to Bharath Gas Distributor at Minjur, Thiruvallur Dist and reminded them. Its of no use, when even I make a call,
I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tommorow morning" but surprise it is not delivered. I have residence in Ponneri, Thiruvallur Dist it is 15km from Minjur. Six month back seperate Distributor available in Ponneri area and now Ponneri area have merged with Minjur Distributors. Its creates lot of problem in service.Proper Cash Bill not issue to coustomer, it have creates the problem of actual deliverydate of gas cyliner and it is causes for fraud commited by delivery man. So I kindly request you to take necessary action against my compliant.

Shree Raksha — Not able to book refill / Late delivery / No home delivery

we are Bharat Gas customer for more than 30 years, the service level of Shreeraksha is very poor, they have following number for Refill booking/enquiry 7831947, 7835959, 7836911, 7835733.

we cannot reach them using above mentioned numbers, after delivery they will ask us to wait for 20 days to book for refill,

Problem 1: we cannot reach using their phone number.
Problem 2: They don't have home delivery, there delivery vehicle will be stationed at bus stop, we need to check every day about their presents, then we need to stand on the long q with empty cylinder, more over we need to pay Rs.400 - 420 to get delivery.

Mostly ladies will be in house during day time, how they are expecting to bring empty cylinder to take delivery of full refill.

I have noticed service level of HP, they do excellent service, after booking they say 15 days delivery time, 15 - 18th day we will get home delivery,

I also noticed same complaint against the agency, hoping good response after the complaint.
