[Resolved]  Bharat Matrimony — Not upgrading profile

I am having a profile(B530085) in bharat matrimony .Since last few day I was getting call from them regarding some offer specifically for me . At last I decided to upgrade profile and asked them to collect the payment and they sent one guy and I paid through credit card. I asked the guy how much time it will take take to upgrade he told within 1/2 hour it will be upgraded . The time of payment is 14:02:07,19th,March,11. Since then I am continuously contacting those guys but 48 hour has been past it has not been upgraded till now and every time they are saying same thing that it will be upgraded within 24 hrs as if 24 hrs never end . Yesterday I called the floor manager of the call center he assured me that it will be solved by 10 am today but all seems false promise , at the time of collecting money they did not inform me when I call first time to the call center they told me it will take max 24 hr from the payment time and since then keep on giving false promise. This is a seriously breach of contract after collecting money they are not giving service .
