[Resolved] Bharat Petroleum — REGARDING GIFT ON PETRO CARD

Dear Sir I am the holder of petrol bonus card No.[protected] and I have redeemed the petrol miles on dated 01.10.2008 and item code was 8284 and 8105 and for the above said items the petro miles were redeemed by the authorized agent of Bharat Petroleum and till date only one item has bene recieved and the other is still pending i..e. LG Washing Machine. I made so many request and several complaint to the company on toll free number, but nothing has been done even after passing of NINE months. As per the terms and conditions of the company, it was stated that the gift will be handed over to the customer within eight weeks now 36 weeks has already been passed and nothing has been done from the company side, Kindly do the needful and look into the matter expeditiously . thanking you yours sincerely SANDEEP KOTLA Advocate House No.529, Sector-9, Panchkula [protected] Was this information helpful? Petro Card — petro card gift

This is with regards my card number [protected]
I had redeemed 4,55,796 points on 04th july 2008 at Hari Priya Filling Station Dabok Udaipur for ONIDA COLOUR TV item Code 8095 vouchers receved on[protected]. till date I havnt received the same and its been around 2 years now.
I have tried calling the helpline number but they seem to be of no use in their conversation

I am the holder of petro bonus card No.[protected] and I have redeemed the petrol miles on dated 12.11.2012 and item code was 1201 and for the above said items the 6666 petro miles were redeemed by the authorized agent of Bharat Petroleum, KUMAR PETROLIUM, JODHPUR, AHMEDABAD--380015 and till date my mobile no ---[protected] of vodafone service provider is not topped up my balance by rs.100/- still pending.I made request and complaint to the Bharat Petroleum, KUMAR PETROLIUM, JODHPUR, AHMEDABAD-380015 but nothing has been done even after passing of NINE days As per the terms and conditions of the company, it was stated that the gift will be handed over to the customer within 24 hours now 216 hrs has already been passed and nothing has been done from the company side, Kindly do the needful and look into the matter expeditiously .
