SUB; DELAY OF GAS SERVICE (PAVITHRAM GAS AGENCY).

Respected sir,
I am MR. Sulaiman p k residing in cherpalchery palakkad district kerala having consumer no. 12523 in pavithram gas service agency. I had booked for my home cylinder on 24.09.2010. Pavithram gas service is poor and layer in service making delay deliveries. They dont pick up the phone for inquiring or gas booking . Because of the delay service my two cylinders are empty leaving me to use electric appliances. I hope you understand my problems and humbly requests you to modify this bad service.

This is inform to that we have facing lot off problem due to dealy in services of BP LPG GAS distubution ,while lonuch the req. for refill they never given in the TAT ,most of time given fake commitment and doing miss behaviour ,
