[Resolved]  Bharat Petroleum Gas — Delay in delivery of LPG gas cylinder

My name is Ramesh Chandra. I am a regular BP gas consumer. I am staying in bikaner and the dealer is siddhartha Gas Agency. Never I get cylinder in time. They take minimum 35 to 40 days to supply the refill from the date of booking whereas all the consumers in and around my house who use Indane gas are getting within 3 days or maximum one week. Can you kindly advise me what to do? Should I change the agency or the company it self?

last week i went to his agency and he promise to send the cylinder in 2 or 3 days.

They take minimum 40 to 50 days to supply the refill from the date of booking whereas all the consumers in and around my house Can you kindly advise me what to do? Should I change the agency or the company it self?

GAS BOOKING IS TAKEN AFTER 21 DAYS THIS WAS NOT CONDITION OR CLAUSE DURING THE TAKING THE GAS NO IN INITIAL TERM CONDITION . IF THIS IS THE TERM YOU ARE APPLYING YOU HAVE NO RIGHT AFTER 10 YRS. IT SHOULD BE APPLICABLE FOR NEW CONSUMERS. I SHOULD GET THE GAS NEXT DAY AFTER MY BOOKING AS PER BOOKING CONDITION AT THE TIME WHEN I GOT THE CONNECTION 10 YEARS BACK.(NOT AFTER 21 DAYS,) EVEN AFTER BOOKING IN EMERGENCY DEALER SAYS THAT WE WILL GET THE GAS AFTER 10 DAYS PLUS 21 DAYS FROM PREVIOUS DELIVERY. THIS IS HAPPENING FROM LAST 6 MONTHS . NOW ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO MANAGE IN THIS SITUATION EVERY TIME.IF I AM CUSTOMER OF TWO CYLINDERS NOT APPLICABLE FOR KEROSENE & ELECTRICITY IS NOT REGULAR SUPPLY HOW CAN WE SURVIVE? ALSO DEPOSITED FOR LOTOF MONEY AROUND 3000 RS WITH YOU GETTING THE GAS ON TIME WITH DOUBLE CYLINDER. I SHOULD CLAIM FOR THE INTEREST OF THAT MONEY WHICH IS EVEN MORE THAN MY KIT OF GAS. Delay in Supply.

Sir,
Despite booking of gas on 30/03/2011 M/S Shivshakti Gas Agency, Nirankari Colony, has so far not supplied refilled cylinder.I have told them about this number of times, there is no action taken against it. There is always delay of supply almost one month. The delivery boys has no slips what so ever for delivery proof. They r not picking phone nor giving satisfactory reply on visit. Where should we go please guide.

I know that what is prosses gas booking and delevery. Our MADHAV GAS AGENCY booking gas after 21 days delvered after 22 days. I asked employee he say that gas shortage from the company so we can not deleverd the gas. AGENCY NAME - MADHAV GAS AGENCY, RAMGHAT ROAD, ALIGARH (U.P). PLZ GIVE THE MOB NO AND NAME SALES OFFICER.

I have booked for gas on 27/04/11 through on line booking in the website ebharatgas.com. Now I enquired about the delivery to the agency Thillai Gas. They are telling that they will boook now only and the booking through online not taken into account. I want clarification regarding this.

In addition to the above, he made us purchase 1no Fortune Refined oil SF 5ltrs. Costing Rs. 450/-

BHARAT PEROLIUM for 2nd Cylinder. TOTAL PAID RS. 2, 200/-

I am wondering why BPCL who is in Petroleum products, want to force its customers to buy
Vegetable oil by linking it with issue of 2nd Cylinder??.

If one protests, then one gets a rude reply that “We will not sell you extra cylinder.(2nd cylinder has become a necessity due to short/irregular supply).

I seek your explanation/clarification on such transactions by your dealer, when you regularly advertise that your dealers can not force a customer to by Hot plate etc from same dealer.

My connection no. is 12661. I have booked my gas on 4th September 2011 but it had not been delivered till date ( even after lapse of 17 days). You may surprise to know that I visited the agency first to booking, second time to get it signed and then regularly to remind them for delivery. Every time they promised to supply it immediately, but they did not supply it till date. I have also tried to contact them through the phone no. given by them on their coupon book[protected] but unfortunately they didn't attend my phone. This is not for the first time, it happens with me repeatedly. Not only this, they are usually supplying short fillled cylinder and they ask for extra money for delivery at home. None of the delivery man keep balance with them. They also demands for Rs. 5/- for each coupon book and despite checking the address etc. in their data they force to bring the original documents each time they give the new coupon book.

I am Velmurugan P. At present I am holding the LPG connection (No. 74767) through Prasanna Gas Agency Sathyamangalam, Erode Dt, Tamilnadu, pin : 638316 .Recently I had applied and i received an additional cylinder for the same connection. In this regard they are compelling me to purchase materials like Coffee, tea, sandal-sticks, Cooker, Electric Stove, Grinder, etc. for a cost of Rs. 1500/- in addition to the cylinder deposit which I have already paid for this (additional cylinder). I want to know if there is any rules framed by the BHARAT petroleum corporation limited, India.
I am also to inform you, that I had purchased similar items by paying additional amount of Rs – 2000 ( Gas Stove ) while I got my first cylinder connection during the year 2009.
Please inform me about the guidelines to get an additional cylinder.

This is to bring to your attention, the unsatisfactory services rendered by one of your gas distributors "friend gas agency" in Bharat nagar,,New Delhi,,which has time and time again proved to be incompetent in handling customers who have been associated with the agency for more than 20 years. firstly they follow a self made protocol of not booking a gas within 21 days of previous entry,,and then the expected delay in the delivery of the gas ranges from 15 to 20 days, also "friend gas agency" repeated persist that we inform them of our booking everytime though we book the gas under proper procedure,,lastly the response from this agency is very poor,,the staff is unwilling to answer the calls,,the phone is deliberately kept busy on subsequent calls if the first gets disconnected and their behaviour is utmost rude and hostile,,as if they are doing us a favour by performing their duties,,

With due request it is to bring to your notice that I have booked my refill dated on 21th jully 2012 by Booking no. 9514 with Shalimar gas service Lucknow. I did not get refill cylinder tiill date. It has been passed 1 month. I am very surprised about the very late deleivery of refill by Shalimar Gas Service. Everytime, I have to complain for my refill cylinder It would be grateful if you could take suitable action against Shalimar Gas.

My name is M Hafeez Mansoori customer No. GC 57814 my distributor is Gas centre Bakhtawar marg Ujjian MP since last 4 -5 year distributor not delivering the cylinder on time it takes minimum 10 days t 25 days.and when complain to area sales manager he does not give proper answer and he is neutral with the distributor.the distributor has political connection too.so that black marketing of domestic cylinder is high of the point and eligibles are being fooled by distributor..please do something and reply for my email...thanks...my ID is [protected]@gmail.com
